This condo is 1440 square feet with a very open floor plan and all the luxuries of home plus an unending view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and black stainless appliances. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a smart TV and a spectacular view of the ocean for your enjoyment as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, TV, and it's own private balcony! The living room has a sleeper sofa so we sleep eight comfortably. This entire condo has recently been remodeled including the bathrooms where you will enjoy includes a tiled walk in shower and granite vanity tops. Vacationers flock to this 27 mile stretch of stunning coastline to enjoy the sun-soaked beaches, sugar-white sands, emerald colored water, fresh seafood, and an abundance of entertainment for all ages. Please come and experience the small town character yet exciting atmosphere of Panama City Beach! This section of Northwest Florida Beaches has a tremendous amounts of fun and activities to offer all ages. This condo is very unique as the entire living space is banked with large sliding glass doors and windows so you feel like you are standing on the beach while in this wonderful condo. The master bedroom has this same wall of glass feel so when you open the beautiful custom drapes you can lie in bed and feel as though you are on the beach. Upon entering the condo your breath will be taken away by the view! The VERY large balcony can accommodate the entire group whether dining, relaxing, or watching the amazing sunsets! Also free WiFi. Watercrest just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and you will not find a cleaner more well kept property. There is 24/7 security personnel walking the parking lot and all 18 floors. Watercrest is on the East end of the beach and we do not have the traffic congestion that other areas of the beach experience so your vacation can be stress free. The pool deck is immaculately maintained and the pool side furniture is brand new. There is a snack bar poolside which serves your favorite cocktails and food. Set up at the pool area and spend the day going back and forth from pool to beach! With the included beach chair service you can have the service attendant prepare your padded chairs and umbrella daily.... It's wonderful. Watercrest has a very nice exercise room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, indoor racket ball or pickle ball court not to mention all the water activities available on the beach. At the East end of the beach you have a waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park, St. Andrew's, not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or you may prefer to play a round of miniature golf with the family before enjoying some amusement rides or go-carts . It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Everything was as advertised. Unit was clean and all appliances and fixtures in good working order. Nice decor and beds were comfy! Great stay if you have extra money to spend.

This condo was amazing! Very roomy and stocked with everything we needed. The wrap balcony provided great views of the gulf.
Being on the second floor was easy access using the stairs. We didn’t have to wait for an elevator. And the beach was a short walk and the pool even closer. Our kids loved being able to bounce between the beach and the pool. Having chair and umbrella service was a great perk too!
The beach wasn’t crowded. We’ve been to PCB before and the beach was way too crowded. This area was no where near as congested as other areas of PCB.
The hosts were quick with communication! We cannot will to stay here again.

We enjoyed our fall break getaway. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed plus more. We loved that this part of PCB was much less crowded than others but yet still a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. This is definitely a perk that I look for in a place. We enjoyed a dolphin tour on the SeaScreamer which was within a 5 minute drive to get to (I would suggest at sunset and try the Rum Punch). Our only downfall to this trip was hardly any waves. I missed the sound. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying some relaxing time and our meals on the balcony to take in the views and taking long walks.
The owners/managers are very responsive. We had asked for a second parking pass and couldn't find it when we got there. I sent a message and within minutes he called me to resolve this easily.

Loved the location on the second floor, corner unit with great view. The condo is just as pictured. Had some stock items: hand soap in kitchen & baths, salt/pepper, & dish soap. The beds, coach and chairs all comfy. The unit is next to the public beach access as noted before, but to be honest it provided much fun people watching instead of annoyance.The only issue with cleanliness was under the kitchen sink where a leak was being manages with bowls and paper towels. The management company had a plumber out and who only partially fix it and did not come back as promised.

We were thrilled with the location of the condo and how close it was to the elevator and stairs, which made going to the beach super easy! Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night was a great way to start and end the day. Thank you for sharing this condo with us!

Three friends and I decided to spend a week at the beach. We chose Watercrest at Biltmore Beach in Panama City. The location was great! The walk to the beach was minimal! Everything was exactly as described! We will definitely plan to stay here again!
