Good location near the beach and local shops. All basic facilities provided for a comfortable self-catering stay at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will try and book again on next yisit to Gran Canaria.

No dedicated parking facilities - street parking only, which can be difficult during busy periods.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants & supermarkets within easy walking distance. Well equipped with plenty of towels though some kitchen equipment needed replacing.

The stated "sea-view" is only if you lean out of the window!
