Good Winds is a roomy four-bedroom, three-bath home located on West Beach. From the moment you step onto the expansive front deck and feel the warm Gulf sunshine on your face, to the first step into the spacious living room bathed in natural light, you'll know this is the house for you! • Access to front and back porch from the main living area and both bedrooms on the second floor have access to the upper front porch. • Kitchen and dining areas are tiled while the rest of the first floor features wood floors, and the second floor is carpeted. • The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are three bar stools for additional seating. • Washer and dryer inside the home • The living area has a sofa sleeper • The primary bedroom (located on the second level) has a queen-size bed with a TV, a sitting area, and a jacuzzi tub • The second bedroom (located on the first level) has a twin bed and a twin bunk bed with a TV *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. • The third bedroom (located on the second level) has a queen-size bed and a twin over full bunk with a TV *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. • The fourth bedroom (located on the first level) has a king-size bed with a TV. • Located 1/2 mile from public beach access • Wireless internet access is provided • Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Beach Access Nearby, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Free Parking, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Private Porch, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, Washer/Dryer • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! • There is ample covered parking underneath the house and an outside shower. • Minimum age to rent is 25. *NON SMOKING *MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 *MUST CALL FOR MONTHLY AVAILABILITY Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily. So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. *Does not apply to monthly reservations and some activities are seasonal

Overall, we had a fantastic stay! The property was close to the beach and the location was close to town and things to do. The house was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only thing (and this is totally minor and just personal preference) was if the sheets were a bit thicker. We would definitely stay here again!

Property needed freshened up, kitchen table was knicked & grimy, furniture needed cleaned also. Would have liked a crockpot, and basic supplies, ie; salt & pepper, & extra toilet paper.
Location was nice!
Air conditioner needed service but was fixed quickly while we were there.

To start off, this property was extremely dirty! Bugs in beds, bugs in kitchen, carpet is filthy! The water pressure is terrible. We couldn’t use the upstairs showers when someone was showing downstairs. So paying for a place with 3 bathrooms was pointless. The toilet downstairs kept clogging. Not enough towels and took forever to get more because the property manager was terrible at communicating. Besides utensils, the kitchen contains the bare minimum. No small sundries supplied like a lot of other rentals. The pictures on the VRBO site are obviously old because the place is much more worn. When concerns were expressed to management company they only offered to return cleaning fee. Concerns brought to VRBO but they weren’t much help either since all they were doing was emailing the management company and not getting any response. Overall terrible property and terrible experience with VRBO!

Overall, we had a fabulous 3 days. The weather cooperated during our stay and the house was very comfortable for how many people we had-10 in all. The TV in the living area was pixelated and hard to watch but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside anyways.

Great house and location - easy walk to the beach. New kitchen appliances which were great. Beachy decor . Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. The staff at iTrip are wonderful.

Our birthday cruise was cancelled two weeks before Spring break and we had to quickly find something to do. Searching online we decided on this vacation home because it could easily accommodate our large group. We enjoyed the beach and the home.
Only issue we had was one cable box was not working properly, but that didn’t stop our fun!
Definitely recommend this home.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property! It's a great location, convenient location. The house was very roomy and easily accommodated our group. Overall the house was pretty clean. We appreciated the kitchen having everything that we needed. We had some issues with the water pressure when multiple showers were being used and some of the remotes didn't have batteries but no big issues. At one point our door code stopped working but we called in and it was reset immediately. Great customer service.. We look forward to renting again

Great location. Love the upper deck to sit have coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. Master bedrooms up stairs are very spacious. Lots of room and comfortable. They have e everything to cook and eat with.

Lovely house and great stay
The house was perfect for our family and friends of seven. It had all of the amenities we needed and the bedrooms were large. This home had standing fans, which most homes and condos don’t and that was an added bonus for us. The location was far enough away from the crowds and just off the beach. We only wish it had a pool like most of the neighboring homes. All around, a great stay for us!!

It was perfect for my large group of friends, plenty of dishes and space for everyone. Walking distance from the beach, just across the street. Only thing to note is you will have to pack your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bag- they only supply one of each and with a large group that kinda stuff goes fast.

Good Vibes at Good Winds
Nice house and quick walk to the beach entrances. The view from the top deck is fantastic! Kitchen is well equipped (my chef husband approves). The common area has a nice new couch and love seat and chairs for gathering. Bunk rooms are great for kids. Nice furniture on the deck if you want to eat outside or take in the view.

We really enjoyed our stay- the house was very clean and well-equipped. Other than the construction next door, which started at 7 am every weekday morning, I would recommend the house. The management company was excellent with informatory emails before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores despite the tropical storm. We had plenty to do.

Great Experience

Super location and very clean, lovely home
We enjoyed our 3 days at Good Winds. This is a lovely property just across the street from the gulf. The beach access was a short walk from the home. The interior was as clean as any rental I have ever been in, which made a wonderful impression on our 5 adult family members. We had room to spread out and a lovely view from the porches. Despite rain for the majority of our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the house and walking on the beach at dusk. As with any house on the beach there is the normal wear and tear on the structures and furniture. For our own comfort, we covered the sofas with sheets so that we would feel free to lounge on them. But the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen areas were spotlessly cleaned, which made us very comfortable right at the outset of our trip. One bedroom TV was missing an HDMI cable, but we just used one from the other bedroom so it was not an issue. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes and utensils, fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, etc. There is a LOT of construction going on in the area right now, and on the house right next door, so be prepared for loud noises during the day. It really didn't bother us much at all. As an artist, I also enjoyed the lovely art all over the house from the paintings in the living area to the drawings in the master bedroom.. Thank you for a great rental experience!

Home was just as advertised. Short walk to the beach, a little farther to the nearest store/restaurant. Only downer was both the houses next to us were being worked on the whole time we were there.... what can you do.
