Conveniently located, away from touristic nuisances, close to supermarkets and convenience stores, not far from main roads.

It is a very nice place, you feel at home straight away. It is located in a residential area and there is security at the gate.
The host is amazing, very friendly and always attentive and responsive.
We only needed to stay for one night and leave the next early morning, so it was perfect for us, but for this reason maybe we didn’t have the chance to discover the surrounding area and we cannot say whether there are restaurants around or not.
However, be aware that the neighbour’s dog is very loud at times.
All in all it was great and Mariana is an amazing host, recommended!
The toilet is a bit small for 2 people, but it is definitely doable!

Mariana's home is like a little heavenly haven. My room was really well furnished, bed really comfortable, cute little bathroom, airco works great and everything in the house was great. Felt so at home. The hosts are so kind always checking up on any needs and giving great suggestions and info about the city and what to do. The area is fantastic. Super safe gated street with guard at all times and easy to go pretty much anywhere.

- Only take the double bed if you are a couple, or want to be soon :) For twin beds, they are really narrow (as everywhere in Mexico)
- Wi-Fi signal was very weak in our room - you can use a nice common area for Wi-Fi though, if you need

The best place in Cancun if you stay for a few days or only for 1 night (near the airport). It was our last night in Cancun and we went to the airport early in the morning. Mariana, the host, was very very nice. you can text her at any time on whatsapp if there are any questions and she drove us to the airport for a small amount.
Everything was so easy going and the place is really safe and the house is sooo beautiful and clean. i definetly recommend if you visit cancun!

Very nice place à home away from home - feel good and comfy immediately . Mariana is SUPER!!! Very caring and attentive and helpful and interesting to talk with. She picked us up from the airport and helped with all we needed. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

The location is in a quiet area of Cancun, with guarded parking.
Very good breakfast and the atmosphere was family, and the host was very kind and helped us with information about places to have fun and visit in the city.
For tourists who do not have a car, the trip to the main attractions is by public transport or taxi.

Mariana was every day super kind with me. Always asking if I needed anything and being pacient and flexible with anything you needed. Great having a host like her! I'll definitly come back again in the future. Excelet choice this confrotable, calm and idyllic place.

Mariana was excellent! She is definitely the best host I have ever been with. You can take a taxi to downtown for about $2 and take the R1/R2 bus to hotel zone for another 60 cents. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The house and the shared facilities were really clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend the place!
The washroom is not attached with the room.
