Super friendly check in. We arrived two hours early but still got a room straight away. Room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfy. Lovely little butlers chocolates left for us and a voucher for 2 free drink in the bar downstairs. Room was very quite and we had a view of the river. We had the breakfast which was amazing and great value for money. The shower and bathroom were top standard. One of the best hotel stays ive ever had. Location was excellent also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking to plan a trip to Galway
Nothing. We loved everything about our stay

Comfortable bed but room too warm and couldn't get the air-conditioning working. Good selection of food available for breakfast and complimentary fruit water available 24/7 in the lobby which was good as no complimentary water in the room
Arrived around 8.30pm but no food available in the hotel, luckily in an excellent location for numerous nice restaurants.

Hotel was clean and rooms very modern. Great location. All essential items available in the room. Beds very comfortable and quiet at night given the central location.

Location was very good . We had booked 3 beds in the room but when we got there were only 2 beds in the room. When I ran reception and spoke to Mo the Manager , he was apologetic and said it was their error and offered to put in a camp bed but we felt the room was too small , he offered a reduced rate which included breakfast . He was very nice and we were happy with the hotel service . We ate dinner in the hotel . Menu was limited not a good choice for coeliacs . Breakfast nice . Room was side of river so was fine and not too noisy .
The carpark - Spanish arch next to hotel very narrow going up the levels - be very careful it’s ok coming down .

The location was quite good, and the staff has been helpful.
The rooms were small, and when you put in the baby cot, there is literally no space to move. Breakfast was average, but limited selection which was not refilled always. I would skip the breakfast next time unless it’s raining and you don’t want to go outside :)

location was excellent, bit awkward to get into car park. breakfast was very good and room very comfortable, with walk in shower also very good. would stay here again.
entrance to car park. and very tight turns to go up levels

You could not be in a better location. The location is amazing. Right in the heart of the Latin Quarter with all the restaurants and shops and pubs. Parking lot right next door. The staff was absolutely wonderful. So nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely return here for future visits to Galway.
No complaints. Everything was perfect

Location was great but signage and directions to the parking garage were terrible. The hotel itself was in good shape and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. Is stay there again.
Noise from neighboring room and loud talking in hallway was a distraction

Really happy to have stayed in a newly renovated room with a cracking view over the harbour. You can’t beat the location at the bottom of the Latin Quarter. The room was completely soundproof even on a busy Saturday night we didn’t hear a peep.
No complaints

The staff was incredibly courteous, especially the staff at the bar. We needed an extra day and they accommodated, kept us in the same room.
Nothing. It was all amazing

Excellent location
3pm check-in and 11am check out when you're on a 1 night stay gives you very little time to enjoy the hotel.

The breakfast was fairly basic but ok, not up to the standard for paying €350 a night for the room ..
All the staff were very helpful, especially when services were a bit difficult, like getting the room cleaned properly…
The house keeping side of our stay was disappointing ..

The location was amazing. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, especially desk staff.
The place itself is a disappointment. After a recent stay in Jury’s Inn Oxford I suppose I’d expected more for my money. What I got was a perfectly acceptable Premier Inn level stay for nearly twice the cost.
Nothing majorly wrong- just a series of niggles and quibbles. The door on our room didn’t shut properly and twice we came home to the door ajar after the room had been tidied. Not a problem as nothing was lost. But slightly concerning. The iron in the room didn’t work.
On the day we left, I received a welcome email that would have actually been useful 5 or 6 days earlier.
We hadn’t pre-booked breakfasts, preferring to go out. One afternoon we bought breakfast for the following day at the front desk. The member of staff who took the booking told me I didn’t need a receipt, I simply had to give my room number. The following morning the lady on duty at breakfast asked for vouchers and was distrustful of my explanation (‘I’ll let you in but I’ll have to go and check at reception’). We went ahead and she never came back to confirm my booking was register. I’m old enough to be nothing more than amused, but my 16 year old daughter who was travelling with me was embarrassed.
In terms of premises, the room was adequate but nothing more. The public spaces in the hotel are functional more than welcoming or relaxing.
There is a garden at the side of the building along the river which could be lovely but a few benches have been plonked down with little thought to establish a slightly unloved beer garden feel, and we saw nobody else use it.
If I’d booked a low to mid range hotel all the above would have been expected or acceptable. It’s just that I paid 1800 euros for the above and had expected more.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Perfect location for walking distance to all activities, restaurants, pubs and pick up point for our group excursions. This is our second time staying here when visiting Galway and would do it a third time!
There was nothing not to like.
