Betten waren sehr bequem.

Close to the bridge connecting Germany and Poland. walking distance to city center. Good food.

Conditions of room is not good (broken lock, broken toilet, no WiFi signal). I stayed with the 3rd room and I have to sit in front of toilet as WiFi is available only in that place.

Complimentary for dog.
Would be excellent if there allowed small dog in Restaurant.

The location is fine--10 minutes' walk to the city. Half the rooms will have a nice view of the river. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, and everyone else was friendly. The breakfast was nice. Free parking was a short walk away.
It's just a dreary aesthetic inside and out, like a cheap nursing home--plastic floors, plastic wall covering, harsh overhead lighting in the halls, and a dark narrow room with a low ceiling that the grey-brown-painted walls didn't help, with a view of parking lots. Everything was a bit scuffed and scratched. The bathtub had mildew and the toilet was stained yellowish.
There was no wifi outside of the reception area. When I mentioned it the receptionist in passing as we left to visit the town, her response was, "Well, I can't do anything about it." I asked if she could just pass on the information, no big deal, and she said, "I can but it won't help--it's normal that it doesn't work here." The exchange was perfectly friendly, but it was just weird that they not only had no wifi but cheerfully admitted it usually doesn't work.
The same utensils were recycled for several dishes at breakfast, so there were crumbs of meat in the chocolate crepes, for example.
Maybe it's my naivety and everyone else knows not to trust the stars, but every 3-star hotel I've stayed in was cleaner and more attractive than this. And even campgrounds have wifi at this point... If this hadn't been advertised as a 4-star (superior!) hotel, then I wouldn't have been so disappointed--nothing here was terrible--but I'd never stayed in anything above 3 stars, hoped for a special experience, and was just sad and disappointed that this was so boring, dirty, and ugly.

good staffs and restaurant (breakfast)
parking arrangement
if the parking places were evenly distributed, then it would be perfect, because the parking space seemed not be large enough…

Excellent location by the river and the city center, super dog friendly, my dog had ready in the room his blanket and a dog bowl. Pleasant view from the window, very tasty breakfast.

Location is good and rooms are clean!
The team cold not manage the breakfast, there was barely no food in the buffet for around an hour.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel layout was perfect on the German/Polish border (the Neisse River), with a large garden and park in the rear. Very quiet, the beds were high quality.
The only major problem was that the refrigerators in all the rooms were disconnected to save costs. A REAL problem during the heat of summer. Bummer.

I loved the location of the hotel. Near the State Park, walking distance of the Old City and Polish border.
We definitely took advantage of the location and crossed the border into Poland. Absolutely as beautiful as the German side.
The room felt super luxurious. Nice warm colors such as orange and brown. The room has a large closet, mini fridge, sofa, and a very large bathroom. Not to mention the view was incredible! Super green, surrounded by nature.
The staff was another highlight in our stay. Everyone was attentive, pleasant and helpful. They really embody service with a smile.
They have a free of charge sauna and exercise room. Definitely recommend the sauna. You would just need to speak to the front desk to schedule a visiting time as it is reserved for one room (guests) at a time.
Would absolutely stay here again should we be in Görlitz again. Such a beautiful city with a wonderful Parkhotel.
Our room was on the fourth floor and the wifi was shotty. We kept losing connection and having to reconnect. It was tolerable considering the hotel was providing so many positive feelings that having on and off wifi was acceptable.

Very nice peaceful location next to a park and river.
Really good place to sleep well
There was a strange incident around 5 am. We didn't lock the door inside with a chain and 2 men entered the room. I was awake and said in English...what are doing here?...they left....was it just a mistake? I do not know. I was surprised that it was possible to ope the door with different card. My fault I haven't locked with the chain from inside.
