La comida básica y mala , ni en mi casa tengo comida así No se ve para nada apetecible. Solo tiene dos piscinas y una siempre está llena de gente u sucia y no la limpian

Pesimo servicio especialmente el de recepcion

La playa, el grupo de animacion los chocolates

El personal de recepcion! Las habitaciones con cucarachas, con Moho una habitacion que despues nos cambiaron. Nos quisieron cobrar extra por querer entrar a comer a la 1 de la tarde! Trato muy feo de la recepcion

L hôtel est magnifique les chambres spacieuses sont décorées avec goût . Le buffet est bon copieux est varié,la plage à ras de l hôtel magnifique 🤩

Not coming back.

Most of the staff very friendly.

The property advertises 3 restaurants, there is only one available that has a different menu every night. Dir time in the restaurant appetizer came out 45 minutes after we order stone cold. For you to get a reservation you have to wake up before 7am. Air conditioning dripping water that made me had a slip. Bathroom dirty with mold in the shower. We decided to check out a day before and spend the night with relatives.

Primero que en el check in tenían que informar más, sobre cómo era las instalaciones, ejemplo que si quería comer en tal restaurant tiene q reservar a tal hora y donde, falta de comunicación, como es todo incluido uno piensa que puede ingresar a cualquier restaurant, pero ahí indican q hay q reservar y no es justo que no haya buena comunicación desde el principio, las toallas deben ser cambiadas diariamente cuando hacen la limpieza en las habitaciones, no lo estaban solo cambiaron sabanas.

One week stay the experience was very nice the food excelente with a extended menu.

The staff very friendly and attentive. The rooms are in very clean conditions and modern look.

Room service entered the room several times when knocking only once and unannounced. Had to put the extra lock and put the Do Not disturb to prevent this.

overall is was a very nice time away abs my boyfriend and I were very pleased

everyone at the resort was super nice and welcoming. shoutout to the bartenders for making good drinks, Carlos at the Tex mex restaurant for being so kind and always having a smile and always making sure we were happy during the meal, and belkys (not sure if that’s how you spell it) for being great and getting us into the restaurant on our last night as we loved the food they served & didn’t have a reservation. The employees who were in charge of the daily activities/games and nightly shows did a good job in working with what they got and making sure everyone was having a good time. rooms were clean and as long as you put the sign on the door they will come neaten up the room and replace towels/shampoo/ toiletries. beach is beautiful with lots of chairs and space to relax.

the resort needs more of a drink variety (but was good enough for what you pay to stay here) - example: I asked for a mudslide and they looked so confused and said no food at the buffet was ok, I’ve eaten better buffet food at resorts website said there was a few different restaurants- there was only the buffet and Tex mex you have to make a reservation for the Tex mex restaurant in the morning - they will say no it’s full if they ‘fill up” the reservations (if I’m paying to be there I shouldn’t have to get denied when they have tables empty throughout the night not a lot of variety of food at the snack bar (only hamburgers/hot dog/fries/pizza everyday)

Service bad, food bad and staff not friendly

The room was comfortable.

This is a resort for locals not tourists. They provide specials for locals and it was full of locals. Also, I fell in the room hit my face and knee badly and I requested to be able to stay 2 hours after checkout since I could not walk and did not want to be in the airport for 4 hours and they said "the only way is if you pay us $50.00 US dollars". They did not care that my face was all bruise up and my knee was hurting they wanted the $50.00. Keep in mind that I got a stomach virus due to how they wash the vegetables. This was told by a Dominican Republic doctor.

Superb

The property, staff, and ambiance were great,. Our room was a good size, but we got two full size mattresses on a queen size custom base bedframe. We are not drinkers, but I had a Pña colada and a Margarita and did not meet my expectations.

Want a refund

The stay was horrible, took 2 hrs to check in, then there were no room available, after 45 minutes I was given a room that was occupied, finally around 6.30 pm was given a room on the upper top floor with no balcony and air condition did not work. Two persons came to fix at 11.30 pm when I asked for my money back, the last person said he couldn’t fix so I needed to change room. I said I already ent through this. Food was tasteless, they should fire the cook , food variety was also horrible, more like street food, I asked for my money back and was told it will take about 1 week. I am waiting for a refund. Foreigners should stay away from this place, pool bar does not open until 10am so to get a drink you have to go back to main lobby then they don’t serve you if don’t dress properly.

Superb

The rooms were nice, modern and quiet with comfortable beds. Karaoke night was super fun and entertaining. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The food was good and the Mediterranean restaurant was exceptional. The pool and beach areas had plenty of lounge chairs and were conveniently located to the facilities.

The only negative experience was the check in process. It took 2 whole hours, which is totally unnecessary and unacceptable! Something must be done to improve and expedite their method of checking in their guests..

Great value and family friendly.

Everything very close. Activities planned for each day. Beach and pool areas were clean and had shaded parts that were helpful.

Buffet food was OK. A la carte restaurants food was good but reservations were not always available.

For the price, it should be better

Location, beach

Staff is extremely unprofessional and opened our door twice without knocking or asking if it was ok to come in. The bed sheets smelled bad and the toilet was licking, we reported it but nothing happened. The TV didn't work either and the only place you could get a bottle of water is at the front desk (not even at the bars). We got a coffee machine because we asked for it ... for the price you definitely ca get better service/ quality elsewhere

We expected more, however the beach is way better than in Punta Cana

When we first arrived some of the staff (reception) were very rude, also the waitress at the bar were giving drink to whoever even though we came before and with kids, apart from that the drinks are horrible, worst type of liquor and juices. Don't expect to find fresh natural smoothies, juices or ice cream which would be great for our kids on the beach. However they have a really nice beach with crystal clear water, no lies etc. because there's a natural coral barrier that prevents big waves, algae etc. to come closer. Much better than Punta Cana, also the beach is not that crowded and everyone can find some peace, the massage ladies at the beach are also very nice, and local sellers are not that pushy.

Some of the entertainers and staff members were really nice, and some were pushy and even asked us if they can write a fake review on Trip Adviser from our accounts, who knows how many fake reviews they already got there, so overall if you wan to get intoxicated with cheap liquor and some of the junk food they serve, especially in the snack bar then this is the place for you. Pools are dirty, however who cares about the pool when you have the beautiful sea just a few steps away!
