Was near to the pleasure Beach and easy to find.

Room was quite small and didn't like the fact my daughters bed was over the top of ours didn't state that when booking.

The price was good. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the stairways and the room. It was dusty, old and worn.

The place was lovely, the location was brilliant practically next to the pleasure Beach and away from the noise of the rest. The lady who checked us in was fantastic, we arrived a little earlier than we planned and we're able to check in slightly early which we were so glad about. The rooms were clean and tidy and perfect for our short stay. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and we had just the best sea view which was unbeatable. It was quiet and warm and did the job, I've recommended to friends and family as it was really good. The only comment is that one of the two rooms didn't have a lamp but we opened the curtains and had illuminations so who needs a lamp 😊

The location

The room and bathroom were filthy with mold and dirt in floor and shower. We found a tooth in the sink. Had to ask twice for someone to come remove the tooth from the sink.

So the food on the premises was amazing the staff were friendly the rooms were standard and very low budget , rooms could do with a lick of paint and better furnishings.

The sheets and towels were clean

The room stank of Pee, the toilet was leaky and coming out of the wall the toilet basin was filthy black. The shower tiles were coming off the wall and mouldy. The taps were rotten and coming off. The facilities were cruddy only suitable for the tip. it was an absolute dump. ground in dirt and stains everywhere. It felt like you were gonna fall through the bendy floor. It was so bad we couldn’t help laughing. We booked two nights but only stayed one. Absolutely filthy. The bed was saggy and worn.
