Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was not available or any other meals.

We were given early check-in. Bes was comfy. Staff helpful.

Hotel has definitely see better days. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are definitely in need of one love for what they charge.

Checkin was prompt and assistance with baggage.

rude staff broken toilet reported day one and NO repair done told breakfast served at 7AM, NO breakfast served at the restaurant from 7AM, waited past 8AM and left because no service floor in room dirty dusty no handrail on pool, old one cut out and abandoned

Located right next to plaza des armes, overlooking a beautiful church from the balcony. Rooms are large, have a good shower, airconditioning, furniture etc. It's definitely an older hotel, but has charm and everything that you need actually works - great for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed for renovations/maintenance. Limited restaurant options in the immediate vicinity, but a 5 minute walk away the touristic center already starts.
