貸切風呂が良かった

フリードリンクのところが、清潔だったら良かった

J’aimé la grande chambre, la qualité de la literie et la décoration typique japonaise. J’ai adoré les bains chaud à disposition 24/24 h . Le budget du petit déjeuner était très copieux et les tables séparées par des clostras. Le personnel très accueillant mais ne par que le Japonais.

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et pas Français. Ma fille n’a pas pu prendre sont petit déjeuner car il y avait trop de monde et elle devais partir tôt. J’avais réservé le dîner qui n’a finalement pas eu lieu.

部屋の中に時計が目につくところに欲しかった。(あっのかもしれないが見つけられなかった)お風呂のヘアドライヤーのヘッド部分が壊れていて使いづらかった｡シャンプー、トリートメント、メイク落としなどは好きな物を選べる事ができ良いと思ったが、できればボディアイテムも用意してくれていると良かった。今時期乾燥するので…

They treat you like a VIP. I was impressed. The staff was wonferful, the place is very spacious (largest hotel room we ever stayed at in Japan. We didn't even use one of the rooms) and beautiful, the onsen WOW-Loved it! Kaiseki dinner was sooo delcious. We stayed there two nights and each night the Kaiseki dinners were different. Both dinners exceeded expectations. The breakast was a buffet. Yummy! My friend and I really loved staying here. This was the best hotel of all 4 hotels we stayed at. I would without a doubt stay here again! Thank you Rurikoh for making our trip very memorable.

Nothing negative. It is a wonderful place.

Can't think of any but Ms Lady Kaga was friendly

Front desk staff struggling to converse in English. Room was old with no phone charger points Meals were not nice There's a bad smell in whole of floor 3. Not worth the price

Great service & Onsen. Perfect for family or romantic holiday.
