Gran hospedaje con hermoso mirador!

Hermoso y muy bien cuidado. Gran mirador y bellas piletas termales. Habitaciones amplias Cercanía con puntos de interés y el centro de La Fortuna

Que la caja de seguridad sea con llave en vez de con código, te obliga a salir con algo más de la habitación. Qué no tuvieran una pileta solo para huéspedes, eran las mismas piletas que para quienes tenían un pase de un día. La distancia entre las habitaciones y las piletas/restaurant.

Muy buen hotel

Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. Variedad de piscinas (agua fría con toboganes y agua caliente termal). Instalaciones muy cuidadas, y mirador al volcán mejor que el del parque nacional.

Desayuno escaso y de baja calidad. Demasiada gente en las piscinas, especialmente las de agua caliente, no hay ningún tipo de control de aforos.

Quite nice grounds and views Friendly bar staff

Very dated rooms, polyester sheets, awful furniture, dark and dingy and thin walls so could hear neighbours. Was glad we were only staying one evening.

Perfect place for families. Fun for all

The swimming and thermal pools were so fun. The observation area for the Volcano was breathtaking.

It was a steep walk up to our room but it provided exercise that I probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

The perfect place to stay for our family's trip

This resort is absolutely lovely and the location is superb! Very close to downtown Fortuna, but far enough that you're away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the volcano is stunning and the hot springs were such treat after days of adventure in the area. The room was basic, but comfortable. The buffet breakfast each morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to this resort in the future!

The hot springs/pools are not just for resort guests, so they got quite crowded when tour buses came in with day guests.

Highly recommended. Lovely place

I loved the hike to the Observatory, gorgeous view of the Arenal Volcano! I loved my morning walks around stables, watching horses, listening to birds. Hot Springs are exceptional. Buffet style breakfast was delicious, with wide variety of foods.

Room was a bit dark, had no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom), Los Lagos hotel has no What's App at the reception, and when my door card did not work, i was not able to call on whats app (could not use my network to call), but had to go back to the reception.

The green areas, the viewpoint, a good number of swimming pools, a clean restaurant.

The animals on the trail were in poor condition (sick and neglected), high food prices and few vegetarian options, the glass of the fish tanks in poor condition.

We loved it, hope to come again!

Amazing place, we'll definitely want to visit again. So beautiful and the hot springs were gorgeous. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with our 1 year old baby. Some of the pools were chlorine free which was perfect for us and for the baby. The pools were all in different temperature so we could easily find a fitting one for our baby. The restaurant was great with some vegan options, affordable prices just slightly more expansive than downtown. The staff was so kind, they even bought our baby a birthday gift for his one year old celebration. Little souvenirs shop with cute things. One of the best views to the volcano. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage place. Warmly recommended! Either with your partner, children or just even for a day entry to the hot springs. Special thanks to the friendly staff, Betty, Joselin, Josue, Rolando and all the rest.

Would have been nice with net on the windows to keep the mosquitoes away, though it wasn't too bad since we just had the AC on. Would be nice with some extra hooks to hang wet swim wear. They have a view point which is 2km away, should be amazing but we couldn't visit it since we didn't have a car. Taxi to downtown costs about 14 usd.

Great place to stay

Great hotel in Fortuna. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The gardens were perfectly kept and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great, with lots of choice. The pool / springs, volcano observatory and nature walks were a great addition to the overall experience.

Bit of an effort to get to the rooms but the shuttle did make this easier.

Beautiful grounds with excellent staff!

This place was in a nice area for viewing the arenal volcano. However, make sure the weather is going to be good before coming to fortuna. It was quite cloudy and rainy the majority of the time we were in the area. Still, the grounds are beautiful and the amenities are adequate for everything you need.

Beds were quite uncomfortable. This is always preference based however. They had some construction being done each day in the restaurant that sacrificed ambiance.

Nice experience!

Breakfast was very good! Hot springs were clean and nice.

Needed better health safety signage at springs to warn against submerging head. Signage was limited and faded. Rooms was average and simple.

Beautiful location, good value stay

The grounds are beautiful, the observation point is fantastic and the hot pools and swim up bar are really nice. Breakfast was very good too.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing breakfast!

This place exceeded our expectations, it is the most beautiful location with perfectly manicured gardens. The Breakfast was delicious with lots of options too.

Pleasant

The staff were great. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The thermal pools were clean. I enjoyed my room, even though it was different than advertised. I especially loved the back deck!

Photos and description were misleading. I had one bed, not 2 as stated in the description. The photo made the room look a lot bigger than it was.
