Perfect for bathroom flooding.

Staff and Location

Shower flooded bathroom every shower. Water ran down the wall and onto floor. Tub had a gap between wall and tub.

Very nice stay at this central boutique hotel

Excellent boutique hotel, in a very central location. Staff was perfect. Great breakfast. Very confortable beds and pillows. Restaurant on rooftop was also tasty and very nice.

Beautiful and comfortable stay with friendly staff

Welcome drink was lovely, staff all very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was really nice. Rooftop bar had great views and tasty cocktails. Bed was comfy and aircon good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Room was quite small and bed pushed against wall so felt a little cramped. Room had complimentary minibar but only had two drinks in, both full sugar so unable to enjoy this.

Clean hotel, a little walk to bus stop at main rd.

The hotel is same from web picture. PR Mgr Alice is nice to follow up with guests over any feedback for improvements. Generally, nice staff and at least able to speak simple English. Nice breakfast n hightea change daily.

Room is rather small for price paid. No sitting chair or table in room. Bed is pushed to wall. Room rate shud be lowered as an option for breakfast n hightea.Tea n coffee bags not replenished 1st 3days, we hv to infm reception when back frm sightseeing. Booked rm with view, but only see dirty rooftops..

Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten oder ähnliches sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Badezimmer bedürfen teilweise unbedingt einer Renovierung. Die Reinigung könnte grundsätzlich besser sein.

Un hôtel très élégant situé dans un quartier authentique, à deux pas du boulevard Nguyen Hue.

Tout: l'élégance, le personnel, le service, le design, le restaurant installé directement sur la terrasse sur le toit, le soin du détail, la situation géographique de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet était le grand plus de cet hôtel, beaucoup de choix, cuisine européenne et locale. Café, lait, yaourts vraiment excellents, tous comme les plats vietnamiens et les fruits frais. Service du petit déjeuner impécable. Continuez à offrir la même formule, ce sera toujours un succès.

Les oreillers sont très durs, ça peut plaire à certains, comme ça peut rendre la nuit compliquée à d'autres. Ce serait mieux d'opter pour des oreillers mi-durs pour contenter tout le monde.

Enjoyable and very helpful staff, recommended and surely will come again.

Location of the hotel is very near to Ben Thanh market. Breakfast located at top floor and quite good selection of local and international fusion food. Very good and tasty selection of food for dinner. Comfy bed, so-so television. Staff is very helpful, once making phone call about the TV, in around 5 minutes already send technician to room. Also standing applaud for front office worker Ms. Helen and Mr. Louis on supporting to solve on making police report on 14 Jan 204. :) Two thumbs up.

The staff on the guest contact and courtesy could be improved by training. Example, while meeting guest at the lift, staff could restraint from talking loud and talking to colleagues could be paused.

Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would stay here again

Excellent customer service. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Special shout out to Ms Tiny, Mr Louis and Mr Cuong. The location is very convenient and close to sites, cafes and ATMs.

The room was a little small, but it’s a fine concession to make for how excellent everything else was.

A great, we’ll priced, convenient and comfy hotel from which to explore HCM.

Large and comfy rooms. Fabulous bed. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excelllent value for money. Complementary afternoon tea a nice touch.

Shower over bath in our room was a bit awkward to use.

Two nights stay

I arrived super early, around 9am, so they took my bags and told me to come back a bit before check in opened so I could get my allocated room which allowed me to explore the city. Check in was quick and smooth with very helpful staff. The location is excellent and most things are within a 20 minute walk at most from the hotel to the Post Office or the War remnants museum. Room was incredibly spacious and well decorated with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The bath was giant and always had plenty of hot water when needed. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch too. Breakfast was delicious every morning and both days I went there was a different variety of food on offer.

Check out was a little slow as I assume they were checking to see if the room was in good condition or if I had taken anything which, if I was in a rush, would have significantly slowed me down.

A great stay

All the staff were very polite and helpful. The manager on the night shift even helped us order painkillers in the middle of the night! The location is super. Everything was better than our expectations. We’d love to stay here again.

Nice stay in Saigon

Excellent hotel for a short stay in HCMC

Clean room with pleasing aesthetic, friendly staff, central location. Great spread for breakfast buffet. Hotel restaurant is nice with a great rooftop view of HCMC. Whilst the menu was largely oriented towards western cuisine which wasn't our preference, the food and drinks were quite good. The hotel provides a range of complimentary travel items during your stay which is quite useful/helpful (e.g. portable wifi device, personal USB charged fan, traditional hats etc). Universal plug points in room

Bathroom was a little dated, shower curtain was too small to prevent water from getting on the floor, gap between wall and bathtub not sealed allowing shower water in. TV limited to cable channels only, no Smart TV/Chromecast

Comfortable and enjoyable

Great location, within walking distance of many of HCMC’s best tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff were helpful and professional throughout our stay. The hotel’s restaurant also has top quality food and an amazing city view!

Good location, comfortable stay

The location of this hotel is good, it's not too far to walk to many of the places you want to see in Ho chi Minh city. The lobby area is nice and welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations of what to do and go and see in the city. Breakfast was good with a nice range of food choices.

The room was a little smaller than we expected and was a little tired (but comfortable which is the main thing!). The afternoon tea and complimentary mini bar wasn't to expectations. The mini bar consisted of one can of coke and one can of ice tea, this wasn't even restocked! This was one thing that encouraged us to book here rather than other hotels but ended up pretty pointless.

Very Very Great

The location is extremely close to the center but very quiet. Really an ideal place to stay when coming to the city. Breakfast on the rooftop, where the whole city is very beautiful in the morning sun. I will continue in the next time.

Poor

The hotel was close to the market and downtown, so this was good. Luxurious lobby.

To begin with, I paid extra for a room with window to the city and it was a window to the back 'yard'. The room had cold water which I stated and seems someone went and change the shower head, but nothing was improved. Breakfast, fruits were in open space and bugs ahd access. No option to shower/refresh after check out.

Perfect location in the heart of Saigon, exquisite ambiance, rooftop bar, friendly staff and buffet breakfast! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The rooms included all amenities. Would definitely return.
