La habitación estaba limpia y las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación fue muy conveniente porque necesitaba estar cerca de la Feria de León, pude llegar caminando. Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca del hotel.

Definitivamente que Room Service NO sea de 24 horas definitivamente un hotel de esta categoría con estas tarifas y sobre todo en épocas de la feria es increíble que solo esté hasta la 1:00 am creo que no es correcto por otro lado las cafeteras son muy malas ojalá las puedan renovar

Check in was easy. Hotel location is great, staff is super amazing

El personal muy amable y atento.. El estacionamiento y la comodidad de la cama.

No había tapete en regadera. No había toalla de manos, no había más que un solo rollo de papel h no había mínimo el kit esencial de limpieza. El cuarto olía medio rarito, como a encerrado viejo. Cuarto 242. Mucha mosca sobre los alimentos de la barra. Por supuesto que no comí lo de ahí.

The shower pressure was horrible …. No hood hot water …. The toilet was always broken after ever flush the plumbing was just bad

the food was not that tasty. we Aldo ordered a couple’s massage and it ended up being a facial and a massage of 30 minutes each, instead of one full massage hour. If there was not enough staff then it is better to say so.

Everything. Very clean and comfortable. The most impressive for me was the breakfast, particularly the skill of the cook at the grill, who made a great omelette for me. The buffet was excellent, as well. Enjoyed the pool, but even more liked playing pool. Lastly, we were there for an early flight, and the shuttle service was good.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The on-site restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

We had to request toiletries several times after each room service. We had to call the front desk more than once each time. (Might have been an isolated incident)

Beds were comfortable.

The toilet was not working, it would not flush. I notified the staff and they came and stated they to fixed it. The next time we used the bathroom, same issue. I notified the staff they came back and said they fixed it. In the morning when we used the bathroom same issue. When we were checking out in the morning, I notified the front desk. I was told that they would notify maintenance because they were there and the day before it was their coworker going because maintenance wasn’t in the premises. If they knew maintenance wasn’t available, why wasn’t I offered another room with a working toilet?
