Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Ourense.
Personnel amiable et très gentil.
Chambre plutôt petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Clean, comfy, friendly, central.
Nothing, a little noise from other bathrooms etc, no problem really

Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to major attractions.
More hooks and hangers to hang items in bathroom, closet.

Great location, right in the old town (which is pedestrian - no traffic noises :), surrounded by cafés and taperias.
Check-in was easy, reception is open until late. Everything was clean, shower very hot, heating made the room cozy. Bathroom is tiny but functional.
Bathrooms make noises that reverberate through the building, but otherwise it was quiet.
We stayed in a twin room where one of the beds had great support system, very comfy, but the other bed was the "standart" type - already a bit squeaky and leaning inwards in the middle.

The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Also the hotel is well situated.
The reception is not staffed at night, but there is a number to call if you need assistance. On the first night of my stay (in December) the staff has gone home by the time I returned to the hotel. Unfortunately, the radiator in my room did not work. I tried to call the night service number but I just heard the phone ringing in the reception area (which suggested the number hadn't been forwarded), and nobody answered. There was only a sheet and a thin cover on the bed and there were no blankets in the room. I could not find blankets anywhere in the hotel. The temperature fell to about freezing and I spent the night dressed in winter clothes unable to sleep. That was a very bad experience.
The morning receptionist was apologetic when she arrived the next morning - she told me the heating system had not worked the previous night, and fixed it for the 2nd night of my stay. But I was not compensated for by the management - indeed apart from a casual apology by the receptionist, there was no acknowledgment by the hotel of what had been a terrible experience - both in terms of lack of heating/blankets, and in terms of lack of night support. So my impression is of a management that lacks competence and does not care about the experience of its guests.

Location right downtown. Only accessible on a pedestrian street... parking deck is quick 1-2 blocks walk away ($12 per night with hotel validation). Despite being in the center of town, if you close the windows youll find it nice and quiet.
No A/C, not to be expected in this price range, but the room has an overhead fan (a rare but very welcome sight, these should be mandatory in no AC hotels!) and when it was on high (which is the 1 not 5 setting, confusingly) it was nice and cool even on 30+ days
Small simple room and hotel, no frills, no extras, no luxury... again no to be expected at this price. But clean, safe, comfortable... everything you could reasonably hope for

Right in the center of Ourense. The location is great, we had such a nice time visiting the city.
We had a room with big windows facing a plaza. The noise was a bit bothering, but once the windows were closed, the noise disappeared.
The windows did not have any privacy curtains. They had window covers, but once those were pulled, the room was very dark.

The location link on Booking sent me to an undeveloped field about 2 km from the hotel. Booking should look into this.

Great location in the old town, nice comfortable rooms, new bathroom facilities. Recommended.
You could hear noise from the other rooms. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Nice little hotel at the heart of the historical centre. Small facilities but well cleaned and well maintained. If you want to go out at night theres no shortage of option with 3 bars just in front of it. If you just want to sleep, close the window and you won't hear a thing.
