Staying at this quiet and unique corner townhouse at the popular community Gold Coast, will make your stay on Aruba very relaxing and comfortable. It is only 3 minutes from two of the best beaches in Aruba: Malmok (very good for snorkeling) and Arashi. Many restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes from the property. The community is completely gated, save and child friendly. The quiet and beautiful community pool is right across from the unit. At the pool area are toilets, a shower and BBQ Grill for your comfort. At the property is a Clubhouse with gym, pool and tennis court which you can use for free. It also features a restaurant, called White modern cuisine and is open for Lunch & Dinner. Gold Coast is located opposite an 18 hole Golf course! The house is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is modern equipped. Via the Living Room through the sliding doors you'll find yourself on the private patio with gazebo for shade, enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge seats and have a BBQ! If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful private villa, you should choose Casa Diamante! Through the front door, you are welcomed into the open living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, like dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge. Washer and Dryer are also available. And if you like to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning on the patio, bring your favorite Nespresso cups, because there is a Nespresso machine you can use. And if you do not want to go out immediately to get groceries, a 'Welcome Breakfast kit' is included with items like coffee, tea, cereal, milk, jam, waffles, juice, fruit and yoghurt. Upstairs the master bedroom has a large En suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed) with a separate bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests. The bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with a split unit A/C. This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and completely furnished and has parking space in front of the house. All windows and doors have mosquito screens. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was so clean, we had everything we needed and Petra was so sweet to see us in and check on us during the stay. The property location is perfect for quick drive to Palm Beach area and anywhere on the island. Access to the portal to find excursions in the area was wonderful and we utilized the house book extensively to explore new beaches, restaurants and the island. Property was perfect for us to have a relaxing and wonderful stay and will definitely return for a vacation next year! Thank you Petra for making our vacation one to remember!

Better than expected!!
Everything was as pictured. Petra is wonderful to communicate with. She met us when we arrived and checked on us a couple times during our stay. She even had snacks there when we arrived.
Beds were pretty comfortable. There were plenty of supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need, even spices which is always a huge bonus when traveling.
We will definitely look for any rentals that Petra has in the future!!

Great house, Petra was super responsive and helpful! Right across from the condo pool. This area is much quieter than the Palm Beach and the high rises which we really appreciated. Very close to great beaches and snorkeling. All around an amazing experience!

Wonderful property in a great location
Upon arriving at the property we were greeted by Petra, the property manager. She was wonderful with her attention to detail while showing us around the place. The condo was well appointed with all the necessary tools in the kitchen and for the beach! The condo location was great for us to quickly drive to the beach but not be in the crowds. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, great location
Great week spent in this clean and comfortable townhome. Although a car is necessary, beaches and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away where parking is easy and plentiful. The home is conveniently located across the road from the pool, which is also kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast basket is a very welcome bonus and we had no need to buy any more breakfast food. Petra is friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend highly to those seeking more space and comfort than an hotel room. All in all a great property!

Petra does an amazing job of tending to all our needs. The condo is immaculate and updated. All the beach accessories are new and you can arrive and instantly relax. Pool right across the street is a huge plus!

The townhouse was perfect for a family- quiet, safe and clean.
We rented this townhouse for 10 nights over the summer. The townhouse was the perfect size for our family (3 kids- 16, 13 & 11 years old). The townhouse was clean and modern.
We cooked dinner most nights at the townhouse on the grill. We did eat dinner at the clubhouse a few nights. The food was great (only 8 dollars for a hamburger). We walked to the clubhouse for ice cream/ dessert one night. We walked to the clubhouse for a drink one night at the bar.
My husband and 16 year old worked out at the gym. My daughter used the swimming pools everyday (it was very quiet and convenient). I jogged every morning around a loop in the townhouse complex and felt safe.
The townhouse is located by 3 great snorkel beaches. My kids loved jumping off a small cliff into the water at Malmok.
Petra was very helpful before and during our trip. She gave us a lot of good advice (directions to snorkel beaches, provided info about snorkel trips on a boat and renting a UTV, she told us wear to buy snorkel equipment, wear to buy food and fish).
I would highly recommend this townhouse.
It is a really quiet & relaxing place (away from the big high rise hotels and crowds).
It is really located in a great spot. I would definitely rent this townhouse again.

Absolute perfection!
Petra was attentive and gave great instructions on the condo. I have been to Aruba many times and this was the best stocked house I have rented - breakfast starters, clean new beach chairs, cooler and beach bags! Place was clean updated and spacious. The complex has pool and club house and all was fantastic!!

Perfect property for our stay in Aruba!
We rented this property for a week at the end of February and it was the perfect property for our first vacation in Aruba. A huge star in the crown of Petra, our rental agent, who was more like our personal concierge. She was responsive to every inquiry, responding sometimes in a matter of minutes. No question was too small and she offered us great advice about everything from restaurants to massages to beaches, etc. The owners of this property are fortunate to have such a caring, helpful agent and we were glad for all of Petra's help.
The property itself is as described. Since this is a corner unit, it is a bit more spacious then the standard 2 bedroom unit in Gold Coast. Everything we needed was in this well equipped Townhouse. One of the three pools on the property was a short walk across the street. There is a spacious outdoor patio, 2 and 1/2 baths (the showers are great!) and it felt like home the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Petra. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
The only negative of note is the fact that Gold Coast uses Gray Water in the sprinkler system that waters the lawns. This, in and of itself, is a good thing. What they need to do is work on mitigating the septic odor that lingers in the water. We just closed the windows every night for the 30 minutes of lawn sprinkling. Petra says they are working to eliminate the odor, so don't let that distract you from renting this property.
We did rent a car, which gave us lots of freedom. Gold Coast is near the Tierra del Sol golf course, which I played three times. They have a 3-day and 5-day package, which includes golf, cart and practice facilities. It is a bit pricey, but the course is great (a few of the greens were patchy) and the views spectacular. Wind, of course, is a most challenging feature of the course, but it is fun to play and I would not hesitate to go there again.
We also used the car to drive to beaches from the north to the south and experienced the variety. All were enjoyable. The beaches are public, so we took beach chairs and towels from the house and were always able to find shady spots. Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are the popular hotel beaches, where you can book all sorts of excursions quite easily. We did a snorkel trip and Dinner Sail with Red Sail Sports (recommended by Petra) and they were both excellent.
All in all, a great trip with a terrific home base, and a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly partner in Petra!

a slice of heaven
We just enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely property. Lots of windows and with the screens for front door and patio - we never needed to run the air. Beautiful breezes every day. Petra was a gracious host, checking to see that we had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and a fully outfitted kitchen - perfect place to relax and unwind. A walk across the street and we were lounging by the pool. Already have booked for 2 weeks same time next year. We hated to head back to the frozen north!!

Clean Property and close to beaches
I stayed here in January for a girls getaway. Petra greeted us and showed us around the villa. Petra was very fast at getting back to me making the reservation and if I had any questions while we were there. The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We could have used more of washcloths. We ate out for dinner, but it would be perfect for a family that would prefer to cook meals. We used the beach towels, chairs, and cooler everyday at the beach. We were able to rent an umbrella for $20 at Arashi beach. This was my fourth visit to Aruba and we love it here!! We’ve stayed in a high rise hotel, beach house, condo and this villa. We like being away from the busy hotel area, so this worked for us. We had a couple nice dinners on the beach watching the sunset. Don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path for the best dinners. We had a little problem with roaches and Petra was right on it, she had an exterminator out there very quickly. In the Caribbean sometimes there’s bugs. We would definitely stay here again. Nice place with only one glitch...
Our family stayed here for a week before the Christmas holidays. Petra was phenomenal: helpful, friendly, and always on time and available. She is really good at what she does and I would not hesitate to stay at another rental that she manages. The house was nice because it was located on a corner with very quiet neighbors, had a large patio area, and was located directly across the street from one of the three pools. The only glitch was that there were roaches in the kitchen and living room. Although I noticed them on the second night of our stay, I didn't want to have the place sprayed because I didn't want our daughter exposed to insecticides. I informed Petra when we checked out and I'm sure she has already addressed the problem. Overall, this was a great place in a good location.

Very nice place and location
We really liked the unit and location. Petra was a great help in recommendations and answered all of our questions quickly. Unit is well stocked and very clean when we arrived. Very close to some great beaches and not too far to get to restaurants. Overall we were very happy with the rental. Security on site is a nice feature as well even though it does not feel like you need it.

Excellent Property - As Advertised
One of the best equipped properties we have rented. The community as well as the house are very nice. Petra was most helpful both before and during our stay.
Only issue to mention is the airco system which consists of individual units in various rooms, as opposed to central air. Coming from Texas, we are accustomed to keeping our home cold 24 hours/day, whereas in Aruba the cost of electricity is high and extra surcharges are incurred if the airco is left on full-time.
