La distanza consistente da supermercati e negozi/farmacia, con strada di montagna un pò ripida, problema più sentito dai figli adolescenti, non dagli adulti stanchi e stressati. Peccato per non aver potuto vedere i cavalli. Peccato per il tempo inclemente che non ha permesso di accedere al solarium e piscina

Price against quality does not correspond at all. Here are the main points: - we were told that we have to pay for heating separately, however no one shows you the meter during the check in. If you ask to pay separately, you have to show current meter numbers at the check in and then at check out, which is not the case, we were just told to pay 36 Eur for 2 nights; - during the check in we were offered 2 types of breakfast - continental for 15 Eur per person or just salty for 8eur per person. we have chosen the 2nd option however during check out we were calculated 15 Eur per person which is way to expensive for what we got. We were told that lady who was checking us in did not provide us the correct information, but this is not the problem of the guest. After the discussion with the owner we were discounted to 12 EUR but this approach is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place for more than one night just to sleep over.

Fantastic quiet get away with all the facilities you could wish for. Property is lovingly cared for, very clean and the pool is excellent. We enjoyed the private garden.

Everything was good, owner was very friendly and a really gracious host even though he couldn't speak English. He also met us after the check in time because we were late and guided us into the farm. Breakfast was excellent. Would love to visit again this time in the summer.

The owners served as our hosts. They were helpful and hospitable. It was wonderful to be in and amongst the Tuscan hills
