Bad

Bathroom stinks of sewage. Everything in the room is old and dirty. Sunbeds don’t have beds on it, just the frames are there. Location is far from the centre. Not worth the price!

Disappointing

The sand beach

The hotel itself needs renovation as nothings working in the rooms, TV wasn't working properly, we hardly had hot water coming in and they used to fix it every single day but unfortunately didn't work, my room was flooded with water not aware where the water came from. It's was hard to communicate with some of the staffs who barely understood. I believe the management should do something about it and booking.com before promoting these premises to visitors regarding the hotel. Loved the private beach though. They were other guests from States who were complaint about the rooms as well. They were no compensation as we had to change rooms every now and then with the issues we had. The manager wasn't helpful at all. Have no faith with booking.com anymore. I guess it's better to book directly with the premises. Hope this matter would be taken into consideration.

I stayed 2 and paid for 10 days. Never back

Beach and beds. Clean

Location was terrible. 15 min walk even for 7-11 or any restaurant.

Irritating but manageable

Private beach with shark net and deck chairs Large bathroom with big bathtub Nice balcony Restaurant food is quite good and not overly expensive Allowed us a late checkout at 4:30 with no extra fees

Too far from everything, you must call a driver to go everywhere. Whole resort is extremely run down and not as nice as the pictures, buildings are worn out and unfinished construction everywhere. Room amenities not working properly, our refrigerator would not close and one of its bottoms supports fell off. Wifi does not work at all, called maintenance on 2 separate occasions to help fix it in which resulted in the wifi working for about 30 minutes before ultimately failing again. Elevator buttons not working, the touch button is not sensitive at all and I was almost punching it with my knuckles to get it to respond. The AC in the room works well but it is super loud and drips water

This dump is a poor excuse for run down so call resort.

All of it. I booked for 8 nights and only stayed for 2 nights. Had to booked another hotel to stayed for the rest of my trip. Plus seweage smelled very bad, mildew in the bathroom, power went out after the transformer explored .The photos are out of date by 30 years.

The food was excellent at the beach bar and for breakfast!

Location is removed from everything, so transportation is needed! The wifi is near non-existent and you have to constantly re-log in!

Friendly staff.

Garden view has no view of Garden , just sticker of garden on the windows. when requested for help about the toilet, operator picked up the phone and said someone will come but nobody came at all. when called at 10.pm again to ask, phone rang for 10 minutes but nobody pick up the phone .

Beautiful peaceful beachfront resort

beautiful place with really spacious room, amazing view from the balcony and comfortable bed and furniture. great selection of pools to swim in and a nice pool bar.

some parts of the room were a bit dirty particularly behind the bed or on the sides of the walls. often the staff would close restaurants and bars early if there weren’t many customers, I guess that’s a Thai custom but would’ve been nice to be able to get drinks by the pool a bit later in the evenings!

Had a great time at a very good price. Price probably good thanks to idiot Putin. Ha

The room was fantastic and much larger than expected, excellent air conditioning. The three pools were great. Great time of the year to be there. Very quiet except on weekends. Staff very good and attentive. The Temple of truth a few hundred metres away is a must visit.

The beach needs some work and the ocean water there was warm. Maybe different at other times of the year. But Phuket ocean water much more refreshing.

The staff at this place are outstanding, you are treated like a five-star guest. I've never met such helpful staff I would highly recommend this hotel.

it was comfortable with willing staff but could be better

our upgrade room had great view of the Sanctuary of Truth. my daughter loved the pools

after about a week, there was a shortage of staff around the pool. so none to ask for food or drink. And even though they don’t have a life guard there. being to ask for help would be useful
