Fomos bem recebidos. A comida é muito simples, mas deliciosa, e com fatura, a equipe é muito atenciosa, sempre uniformizados e simpáticos. Música ao vivo legal,

Hotel com pouca manutenção e quando executada era feita em horários inadequados. 1 das piscinas ficou suja por 2 dias. Elevadores ruins, andares sem sinalização. Os vinhos muito ruins, refrigerantes sem gás, janelas do quarto sujas, cortinas antigas, adesivos com os ramais desatualizados, dificultando o contato com a recepção. Academia muito mal localizada, sem indicação e com aparelhos antigos. Talvez por ser uma área muito grande dificulte o cuidado com os detalhes. Tem bastante a melhorar.

Quarto grande e confortável, hotel maravilhoso e com muitas atividades, comida gostosa e bebidas a vontade! aproveitei bastante a estadia e voltaria com certeza!

Poderia melhorar um pouco na limpeza e conservação!

There was a lot of green areas to walk and because it is in the same space as the park you could go around and play for free. the food was ok with abundance and the drinks too.

The bathroom is dark and old in desperate need of a refit. The gym was quite neglected. There was no adult space so you are always surrounded by loud kids.

Reception team was wonderful. The room was nice and the location was excellent.

I’m very disappointed. it can not be a 5 star hotel. smelly rooms, bad acoustic in the bedrooms, very loud music until 22h30.

food quality, rooms, music until 22h30, kids park very old.

There lack of enforcing of the covid rules. Many people were breaking the rules of no masks etc and none of the staff were enforcing the rules set. I needed internet for work, I complained to the staff three times and they did nothing. Dispite a few negatives, it was still amazing.
