Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Ankunft verlief katastrophal. Der Schlüssel lag nicht wie vereinbart im Schlüsselkasten. Nach Rückruf unter der Service-Nummer von Dancenter wurde uns mitgeteilt, für die nächste Nacht ein Hotel zu mieten. Eine neue Unterkunft könne Dancenter uns erst am nächsten Tag zuteilen. Wir waren natürlich sehr schlecht gelaunt. Am späten Nachmittag für 5 Personen Hotelzimmer zu finden ist nicht das, was wir uns nach der langen Anreise gewünscht haben. Zumal die Rückerstattung der Hotelkosten erst eingefordert werden muss. Wir haben uns dann an das lokale Büro von Dancenter gewendet, welches zum Glück noch geöffnet war. Hier hat man uns doch noch einen Schlüssel für das Haus geben können.

The area is really peaceful and silent. Stores and bakery are couple minutes away with car. Not far from the beach. You have everything in the house that you may need. (Fridge, oven, even cards and games if you want to pass the time.) Check in and check out was really easy and so far my best "automated" experience. We got all the information we needed for picking up and leaving the keys, so it happened smoothly without any human interaction. Paying for electricity and water was also easy because they offered a solution to pay them online.

The house wasn't that clean as we expected. The bathroom was quite dirty and we had to clean it, before we used it. (Which I don't understand because they charge around 150 Euros for the cleaning if you don't do it yourself before checking out.) And there are some spiderwebs many places in the house that are older than 1-2 Weeks old. We are not messy, so we didn't ordered cleaning from them, which was a good choice as I explained above. Actually we left the house cleaner than we found it.
