Exceptional Stay with Early Check-In at Bluebell Hotel, Bratislava

Cosy room in a great spot.

Cosy (ie small) but comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location near the bus station and old town.

Breakfast room much too small for the number of guests - had to wait quite a long time to get a table. Power outlets not very accessible - not possible to charge a phone or plug in the kettle without unplugging the bedside lamp - room needs a power board or similar.

Charming hotel next to the old town

The hotel is easy walking distance to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the old town so very convenient to walking around and lots of restaurants.

Si no quieres descansar, alójate en este hotel

Bien ubicado. Buen desayuno.

A priori parecía todo correcto. Aunque el hotel es algo antiguo y no tiene ascensor. Pero por la noche la tubería de la calefacción hacía ruidos muy fuertes y apenas pudimos dormir y descansar. Unas claraboyas en el techo que dejaban entrar toda la luz. Además colchones muy viejos. Una experiencia nefasta para descansar, por suerte solo estuvimos una noche. La ducha aunque funciona correctamente, la mampara es pequeña y mojas todo el suelo. Por la mañana comunicamos a la recepcionista lo que había pasado y dijo “Tomo nota,ok” con una actitud desagradable. No recomendamos nada alojarse en este hotel.

Great stay - I recommend it!

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was great - they made it milk-free for me! :)

The typical plastic hygiene cover of the bed is uncomfortably warm and not breathable.

Absolutely lovely!

Quiet location, close to restaurants, super central, super cosy room, very warm, very quiet, modern design and looks freshly built. Small private yard where u can hang around.

I liked the fact that it's very near the bus stop from which you can take buses to Vienna's airport. Very convenient. The room was clean and big enough. It had everything I needed. If I need to spend the night in BA, I will definitely try to book again!

There wasn't anything that would stand out. Maybe something to consider: 1.The bathroom smelled a bit - pipes, I guess. 2.There was a list of things you could get from the minibar with reasonable prices, but unfortunately, when I opened it, it was empty. I came to my room late (after 23.00), and the reception was dark, so it seemed there was nobody to ask about it... But it saved me from a midnight snack 😅

A very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The twin room was spacious, clean, warm (in cold December) and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel location is very central and close to public transportation. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a nicely renovated medieval building so it was probably hard to build a lift. However, it can be difficult to walk up the stairs for those who have some mobility issues or carry a heavy suitcase.

Everything is disappointing except the locstion

The location is very central and close to the attractions

Closed between 12 and 1pm, so you can't even drop off your luggage at that time - so weird. No elevator and steep winding staircase, not good if you have even small luggage. No housekeeping (see the pictures of the so called "housekeeping" - ridiculous). No view from the rooms - just other people's windows and the windows have no curtains so random people can see you from the outside. The shower has no door, the floor gets drenched when showering. Double bed is just two single beds with two kids blankets rather than a proper double bed with a double/queen blanket.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Bratislava

This is a beautiful hotel in heart of Bratislava. In 2-3 minutes you can walk to the main square. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Beautiful and clean room. Everything was perfect and well organized including parking. It is also very easy to find the hotel. We are strongly recomanding this hotel, and we will always come back here. If possible I would give them more than 10!

Central to all in Stare mesto Bratislava

Close to Twin city liner or Most bus stop (3 min walking). Very nice people in reception, breakfast restaurant and room wards. Good sleping comfort, wifi, cleanliness and a healthy and good tasting breakfast with some local tastings. We will try to come back.

The hotel has excellent location in the Old city, few steps from the Hviezdoslavovo square and to the promenade along the Danube river.

Our room was on the first floor where the signal was very low.

Budget stay at the great location, with nice breakfast.

Location is great. Breakfast was nice, various meals to choose. Small room, enough just to spend a night. No problem with printing some documents at the reception, overall I was happy to stay there for one night.

My room was small, not comfortable for longer stays.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The location cannot be beaten - it was perfect!

Right in the center of Bratislava, small and cozy hotel is the best choice !

Perfect small and nice hotel in the middle of Bratislava, less than a minute walk to the very center! Room was very nice and cozy, with high ceiling and big windows. No complaints about the room it self. Staff was also friendly and check in was smooth, overall a perfect stay in Bratislava.

Just mind that there is no elevator, but this was mentioned when I booked the room.
