The “upper” home consists of upper floors 2 & 3, occupancy limit of 12 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms at 3800 sq. ft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace, game room, pool table and shuffle board. Garage for additional parking is attached to “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home. Each home has entrances on opposite sides of the building, their own paths to the beach, and their own outdoor showers. The homes do not share any amenities. Should home not be left in the condition in which it was found, aside from bedding and towels, additional charges may apply or be deducted from security deposits. Before leaving, set thermostat(s) OFF and make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
