Ground floor apartment fully renovated west facing beautiful views of the mountains with terrace, not overlooked and having received the LABEL ACCOMMODATION LES BELLEVILLE 3 FLAKES OF GOLD Quiet and comfortable, it is arranged to receive you 4 p (possiblité a 5th person) It consists of a completely independent adult bedroom with new bedding 2 places with window on the outside, 2 beds in a bunk bed retractable in a closed and also independent sleeping area, a sofa bed in the living room (beds 2 pull-out beds possible) Separate toilet and new bathroom with heated towel rail a dry ski boot brings an extra comfort note Ski locker on level 0 Free parking at the foot of the residence. The shops are 2 steps away, several restaurants are accessible in a few minutes walk from the residence. The Croisette (center station) is connected by free telebenne from 8h to 23h. It is exposed west and enjoys a nice view completely unobstructed on the mountains without any opposite. The slopes are at the foot of the apartment guaranteeing a departure and a return to skis It is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, Senseo, fondue / raclette, radio, flat screen TV and dishes for 8, board games a few paperbacks children's games. Not provided: bed linen, towels, tea towels (possibility of renting)

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet location. Easy access to the slopes. Owner was very helpful

Loved the location, the view is straight onto the mountain with no other properties in between. We were able to collect our skis from the ski locker on the ground floor and with just a steps we were on the slopes.
In the evening we were just a short walk from the shops and made regular use of the free preyerand lift which took us up to the centre of town with all the shops and restaurants.
Because of the nice quiet location it was a bit of an effort to arrive/leave with luggage.
Our host was friendly and helpful.
The apartment is very small for our family with 2 older teenagers but we knew this when we selected it and it was manageable even for 2 weeks.

Excellent séjour
Un appartement très confortable, très propre et au calme. Josie est très disponible, réactive, arrangeante et très à l’écoute des locataires. Tout est très bien expliqué pour l’arrivée à l’appartement et le départ… que du bonheur! A réserver sans aucune hésitation!

Bel appartement, confortable, au calme. Il est à 10min de la Croisette avec un accès en télécabine. Commerces à proximité. Les pistes passent au pieds de l’immeuble. La propriétaire est adorable

L'appartement est très bien situé en plus d'être charmant, bien équipé et confortable. Josie s'est montrée très disponible et avenante.

Wir, fünfköpfige Familie mit jugendlichen Kindern, hatten eine Woche Ski-Urlaub in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Ferienwohnung! Super nette Gastgeberin, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (inkl. Ski-Schuh - Trockner). Wir kommen gerne wieder! Josie - vielen Dank!

Arrivés le samedi 14 repartis le dimanche 15 mars évacuation immédiate la station a fermé comment voulez vous que j évalue mon séjour.

Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Ménuires notamment grâce à cet appartement. Celui-ci est très bien placé et permet de partir ski aux pieds ! Il est très proche des télécabines gratuites qui permettent d'accéder au centre (croisette) de la station. L'appartement a été refait à neuf récemment. Il est très bien conçu. Nous étions cinq (2 adultes et 3 enfants). Les couchages sont bien pensés en terme d'occupation de l'espace. Josiane, la propriétaire des lieux, est très réactive et très gentille (petits présents à notre arrivée qui font plaisir).
Les procédures d'arrivées et départs sont claires et pratiques grâce à une boîte à clés.
À recommander.

Appartement parfait , conforme à la description, bien équipé, confortable, skis aux pieds et supérettes à 5mn. Vue panoramique sur "La Masse". Les informations pour l'arrivée sont claires et précises, accès facile. Le contact avec les propriétaires est facile, rapide et bien sympathique.
Je recommande vivement cette location où nous retournerons sûrement.

Tolles Appartment zum wohlfühlen, liebevoll eingerichtet
Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment, durchdachte Einrichtungsgegenstände mit vielen Extras (Pfeffer und Salz, Putzmittel, Kaffefilter als Grundausstattung). Auch eine Skistiefelheizung ist vorhanden. Tolles Bad. Sehr guter Begrüßungswein und Schokolade, ruhig gelegen, schöne Terasse mit Sonne ab Mittags, freier Blick zu den gegenüber liegenden Bergen, Piste mit Anschluss an das riesige Skigebiet direkt hinter dem Haus, die wir auch trotz der späten Jahreszeit in wenigen Schritten errreichen konnten. Individuelle An- und Abreise dank Schlüsselbox. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Super appartement très bien situé à 1 minute des pistes
Appartement très sympathique avec une chambre(le lit double est confortable), un salon très bien aménagé (avec un canapé convertible) , une salle de bains propre, un grand couloir (où il y a deux lits superposés si besoin). L’appartement est chaleureux et propre avec tout ce qu’on peut avoir besoin (ustensiles de cuisine/ machine à café/ grille pain micro-ondes etc). Il est situé à une minute des pistes! Le centre-ville est à 5 min à pied. Il y a une belle vue!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et Josie a été disponible à tout moment. Très bon séjour! Merci encore
