Good location for old town and reasonable value for money.
Very good location, room a bit small but comfortable, reasonable breakfast.
The entrance to the hotel is via some very steep stairs, before the elevator! The hotel is on a pedestrian street so no taxi can get near. Need to walk about 100+ meters.

Very well located hotel, nice clean facility, big room, breakfast was great with a lovely host. Overall great.
Well located, good room, lift for the Luggage after you have to climb a floor of stairs to get to reception. The breakfast host was lovely and the breakfast had good food and great coffee!
The staff on reception (upon arrival only) was not welcoming or helpful. The departure staff was good though.

Good
Breakfast good but poor, location in old center
Small rooms, not very clean.I will not be back but for who is looking just to sleep in is not a bad hotel. We actually had booked for other days after our stay but we cancelled, not my type of hotel.Another minus are the homeless peoples were sleeping beside the entrance door and around hotel they screaming singing. Is not so safe especially for single woman’s if you come back later in the room.

Disappointing
The room was cleaned ( but hair in the shower ) and the bed was comfortable.
The location is not ideal with lots of vulnerable people staying just outside the hotel door drinking or even some sleeping roughly. In the room there was a small window that would not allowed natural air to circulate. The restaurant downstairs is just a rip off.

The man in the restaurant who was very grumpy and unfriendly I believe he was the manager- He was wearing glasses
