Our stay in Levart in beautiful Paphos

The location in Kato is theoretically fantastic. The number 101 first floor apartment is clean, nicely furnished and layed out with all the amenities and very comfortable. A lovely balacony allows you to feel the breeze and see the sea.

The apartment smelled heavily of cigarettes and no matter how much we aired it out the smell clung to the room. We could not sleep with open window and balcony as the apartment is right opposite the Democratis Taverna, a great place with loud music and singing till late. Even sleeping with the airconditioner did not dispel the smell nor completely block out the noise. Comment: We did not approach the owner on these issues as we arrived at 23:00 at night and self checked in.

Great communication and location.

The communication was excellent and the location is very good. The shower had good pressure.

The room was ingrained with a stale cigarette smell which was overpowering, we left windows and patio doors open constantly but all of our clothes took on the smell despite spraying This cannot have been left from a previous holiday rental it is more likely from years of someone smoking there. The was not enough water pressure to get ANY water, hot or cold from any tap.

Very good

The apartment was cozy and convenient. Everything needs were there. The apartment closed to Paphos centre and tourist area. It was clear space.

A night bar was next to the building so it was very loudly every night. The air conditioning often switched off and it was cold in the apartment sometimes

It is highly recommended!

The manager - Chris is a very helpful and kind person Localization - 3 minutes walk to the beach, many bars, restaurants and shops. Wifi - it was brilliant. Bed - big and comfortable. The room was clean and well-kept.

Localization is brilliant but it can also be problematic - it depends on what U are looking for. The apartment is located on the street where are a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants - in December they were closed but during summer - they are open till night so keep in mind you will have a very noisy neighborhood. But as I said before - you will have just only a few minutes to the beach :) Water pressure was also not too good but it's normal in many places in Cyprus.

Great location, poor quality of the studio

Great location, super easy check-in with keys directly at the location. Communication with the host was easy.

There was an awful smell coming from the drain, ventilating the room or letting water run didn't really help. The next day we complained to Chris, who arranged to fix it but the solution only worked over night, the next day the smell was back again. Kitchen cabinets and everything inside also had a damp smell (could be a winter issue being there in late November). Duvet had stains and there was no duvet cover so it didn't feel nice using it.

Good

Location was good. Right in the centre. The oldest taverna is across the road, it closes at 12 so didn't disturb our sleep. Bottle of water in fridge upon arrival. Host communication was good. Simple directions and check-in was easy. Overall decor was nice and there was added bonus of a balcony.

The apartment would benefit from maintenance, there was damage to a wall from a door, a loose socket cover and the shower was pretty poor. Once attended to it would fit the rest of the property. There was also soap dispensers in the shower but these were empty. Upgrading the bathroom would make a lot of difference.

Not for the faint hearted, basic but more suited to short stays / long weekends rather than 2-weeks holiday.

clean, close proximity to everything, during daylight hours it was sedate. Evening on the balcony watching sunset was pleasant. Owner’s rep was responsive to messages. stored luggage area at end of stay until collection was useful.

photos of bathroom were not representative of apartment we stayed in (108). settees were dated, worn, thin and uncomfortable. noise levels between 2130 and 0200hrs was extremely loud due to being directly opposite taverna and adjacent to nightclub/bar. Cooking facilities were basic and unable to boil an egg after 30 minutes. Balcony had broken plastic seats and was dirty.

Superb

Very nice and clean apartment, tastefuly equiped and decorated. Big enough to accomodate 2-3 people. Close to seaside and restaurants.

Check in and check out is contactless, but the owner is available on booking app and very friendly

Superb

Accommodation was new, modern and clean. Well equipped apartment. The apartment was quite large and had a large balcony. Wi-fi in the apartment. Excellent location near the beaches (3-10 min. Walk). 8 minutes' walk to Kato bus station. 10 minutes from the port and the archeological area. Close to many restaurants and beach clubs. Possibility to rent a deck chair on the beach. There were many attractions on the beach (jet skis ...). Very nice and welcoming landlord. He advised us on choosing a restaurant. We communicated in English via Whatsapp. A bottle of water in the fridge was waiting for us at the apartment. Shop 6 minutes away. Thank you!

We lacked a broom or a vacuum cleaner in the apartment to remove the sand we brought from the beach. The apartment door could not be locked. Near the apartment there is a bar where loud music plays until night.

Wouldn't book again.

The room was ordered for three people but we had towels and bed sheets for two. After asking to get more, the new sheets came with stains on them. The shower is horrible, the water pressure is very low and there's barely temperature control. Although we didn't need it, the Netflix subscription didn't seem to work. Also, the AC didn't seem to be as effective, even for a smaller apartment like this. It feels like owner doesn't perform maintenance, only cleaning.

Nice location, very close sea, the shame many places was closed around apartment! Owner reply very quickly for all questions what we have!

Not enough shelfs in a bathroom, don't have place where to put all our stuff!

Well-equipped studio close to everything in Kato Paphos

Attentive, responsive, friendly hosts. Studio apartment was well-equipped and clean. Apartment complex is well-located, just a two-block walk from the beach and with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops/supermarket nearby. Note: there’s a parking lot very close and we never had a problem parking our car. However, it was low season (after New Years + Covid). Before you arrive, you might want to ask for multiple parking options in higher tourist seasons.

There's a club+shisha bar diagonally across the street that plays stupendously loud music, sometimes late into the night. We were saved by Covid restrictions which required bars and nightclubs to close at midnight. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, consider bringing very good earplugs and a dose of patience.

The apartment as well as the host are highly recommended! The host helped us about everything and answered immediately all the questions we had. The apartment is super clean, very comfortable and with excellent location as starting point to explore the city.

Overall we are satisfied and I recommend the apartment.

Great location near the huge beach promenade in the tourist part of Paphos. Very close to all restaurants and cafes, as well as to the main bus stop that connects Paphos with the airport and all other destinations. Very kind host, easy check-in at any time. Opportunity to leave your suitcase in a safe place after check-out, which was very important for us because of the late flight. Very well equipped apartment - kitchen with everything you need for cooking, wide wardrobe, wide bathroom. Overall spacious and bright apartment.

The problem with the noise, pointed out by other guests, is definitely serious. It was almost impossible to fall asleep on some of the nights before 2:00 AM. It was especially hard the first night when you were tired and sleepy, but the walls throbbed with the bass of the neighboring bars and discos. Be very careful with your choice if you want to relax and do not plan to be at the disco at that time. The apartment itself needs to be refreshed, it is already much more worn out than in the photos. The mattress is of the old type, with springs, and I would not say that it is very comfortable. The sheets and duvet did not look perfectly clean and I would recommend more attention to the laundry (However, the host is kind and responsive and will give you another one, but..)

Great place with an amazing host

It's an amazing place nearby the sea. The apartments had all the commodities, a spacious balcony and a TV with netflix. The host is a star! We left our keys in the apartment and locked ourselves out, but the host helped us get back in a very short notice. After checking-out, the host was kind enough to let us leave our bags in a safe. Would recommend this place to anyone :)
