The area wasn’t the best location

Clean comfortable
Only one cup provided!

It was close to the train station
There were ants all over the kitchen area in the kettle. Really dusty. It had a bad smell. Food was left in the fridge. Black mould over the windows. All they said was “we can sort it in the morning” not helpful seeing as we were only there for one night.
6.0
The room was conveniently located, and fairly spacious in the main part.
There was too much noise both from other rooms in the hotel and outside - the windows offered little sound suppression so you could hear all of the drunken goings on at night.

The blind fell down in the room. It wasn't attached to the ceiling

spacious. comfortable bedding. provided towels and toilet rolls.
they had instant coffee but no mugs. lady came just before 11 saying I need to leave and checkout was at 10 but website said 11 and my text and email confirmation only show check in times and not checkout.

A spacious room. Great to have facilities like cooking hobs, a fridge and a microwave available in the room. The bed was comfortable and freshly made. Lots of hanging space for clothes. Bathroom was clean with an easy-to-use shower. Location was very handy. Only a quarter of a mile away from the train station. The marina is also within easy access. I was attending a gig at The Studio which is only a very short walk (2-3 minutes) from the venue.
I had a lit of trouble working out how to get into the hotel. I tried the wrong door at first, then it took a couple of goes for me to successfully enter the hotel. The steps up into the hotel - just three short steps, but they are very steep and short. There is only one hand rail to the side of the doorway which means if you need a help up into the doorway of the hotel, it's difficult. Especially when it comes to needing to input the security code in to unlock the entrance door. I would stress that this hotel is not for someone who has mobility issues. The 10.00am checkout! Could do with it being 11.00am to be honest.

clean and good location

Bedding clean and fresh. as were towels. Room warm with adequate heating but only after the window was closed. Left open prior to arrival. Basic equipment for self catering, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and fridge all fine.
View from the windows were disgusting. See photographs attached showing the litter dropped down from above. Windows were very old sash windows. In need of replacement or an upgrade. One was left open prior to arrival, probably because it was very difficult to close. I did manage to close it but with a lot of effort.
Cutlery was very basic and not enough for 2 people staying would you believe. Total cutlery consisted of One fork, One teaspoon and two knives. No dessert spoons.
Shower could have been better cleaned, especially by the channels at the base of the screen.

Was clean and tidy
Some of the paint work needs to be attended to
Kettle needs descaling
No coat hangers

Good central location. Property is in need of external decorating looks very shabby outside.
The room is comfortable enough. Only a stand alone electric heater which had a loose leg. Shower gel container needed refilling. At c £60 a night reasonable value for money.
Cooking facilities odd. Two electric rings sitting a over the fridge. A microwave but no oven. Cutlery and pans minimal. Tiny frying pan and one cooking pan. One plate, one set of cutlery even though room could be double occupancy

Quality linen & mattress/bed.
Location in the middle of things.
Simple but adequate self-catering for 1 or 2.
No spoons?
Long delay from online check-in to receiving the door codes - advise guests need to check-in minimum 1 hour before arrival or they will be standing out in all weather, waiting for access.

The bed was comfy and it was good value for the price we paid
The shower didn’t work, the place wasn’t the cleanest

the floors and sheets were not too clean, small bed😞

great location, nice size.
no washing up things like sponges, kitchen roll or a dishcloth provided. window didn’t open (sounded like if I pushed it up it would break)

The room was clean and spacious. The location was good and centric.
Unfortunately the first day the room had some electrical issue where the main light for the room, the toilet, the microwave and the cooker were not working. I reported this via message the same day but no one came to fixit until the day after.

It's cheap and close to the station. But after 3 times I said never again.
Dirty and smelly microwave. Radiator program blocked so it was impossible to adjust the temperature. Soundproofing is awful.

very homely when first got into room
windows very thin so could hear everything, didn’t get much sleep and bed springs where digging into mine and my partners back, uncomfortable sleep.
8.0
Close to the railway station, attractions & the football ground. I liked being able to cook my own food if I wanted to.
The surroundings were a bit depressing, but you can’t help that.

Decent amenities in the room. No complaints on the self check in process. Bathroom was better than some. Very cheap for a studio.
Room was not very clean. Area around the kitchenette had a lot of debris on the ground, surfaces were fairly clean. The cutlery drawer was dirty, including the cutlery within. Utensils dirty and mugs with old coffee stained on them (which was washed off with ease.). Bed was highly uncomfortable, springs were very prominent. Very loud, can hear the neighbours like they are in the same room and the in build water heater was loud when it turned on every 30 minutes or so. Area where the property is located is not pleasant.

near station. very comfortable.
lack dish cloths and sink plug. bread or carving knife. need instructions on how to lock room as you leave.

Room was comfortable good location
Didn't receive my check in details at 3 as stated, tried to be refunded and cancel. Original booking was eventually cancelled and was rebooked at a higher price. Was told I would be refunded both original booking plus the difference yet 3 wks later no reply or refund😩 avoid very unprofessional service
4.0
It was cheap and close to all the amenities.
The soundproofing is horrendous, I could hear everything that was happening upstairs in the first 2 nights. The people using the first floor in the first 2 nights didn't stop banging doors and doing all kind of loud noises. The hotel should have at least one member of staff in place for this kind of situations. The last night was okay. But I won't be stopping here again.

How clean the room was and how central the hotel was
Nothing

nothing
the Smell of the studio turned my stomach, and the bedding smelled too , it was like a smoker had been staying in the room for a year with no ventilation, I slept on my coat so that I could try and hide the smell , and to top it off the shower didn’t work either and no one offered to come get it to work
5.0
Wifi is good, central location, restaurants around
No heating in bathroom. Bathroom is at least 10 degrees colder than room. Electrical shower with weak pressure and not very hot water. One radiatior in room locked on 20 degrees.
