There was nobody to let us into the property. We had to to knock into other guests's rooms for help whilst we wonder outside with the kids in the night. The taxi driver who had driven us to the house helped a lot calling the property owners who later told him where to get the keys & the codes to the key safe. I think it would help if the host would tell all guests the codes to the house key safe as soon as the booking is fully paid & confirmed. Or guests must ensure they ask for keys informstion before check in date
