Late check in: it was supposed to be at 3pm but only happened at 7:30pm. Wrong room: I booked and paid in advance the full price for a room with a balcony (more expensive) but received the access to a very small room with a small window. No refund has been paid. Shower blocked: The shower was blocked and nothing had been done to solve the issue. Staff: the staff was bad oriented and didn't know how to deal with the issues we had. Air conditioning: didn't have an air conditioner and no fan. The room was very hot especially because it was summer time.

They sent me to a different location the first night because they were booked out and I didn’t know where I was no air conditioning or anything in room was so warm didn’t stay there at all for the other nights I want my money back absolutely ridiculous went up there paid €477 for nothing for someone my age to go there and get sent somewhere else for the night and to come back for breakfast I didn’t even get breakfast because that’s just a load of money of taxis going back and forth load of other people complaining aswell they said there gonna send in a email of how bad it was that they were told there was air conditioning and when they went in there was nothing I don’t even have a picture of the room to show u and a picture of me standing in the room sweating i went in and we we’re talking to the staff and he said we can look in the room together so we did and just said horrible would never go here again

Satisfactory and meets 2 star expectations. Very good location near enough to old town, steep walk on the return. Great view, good beach. Pool a bonus Breakfast a standard continental - as one would expect Beds comfortable, Towels and bedding clean

Staff could have been friendlier, really tried hard to connect with them - but was not successful Could do with modernising. Balcony doors and room windows did not close properly, I would not have felt safe if I was a single person.

Staff is super friendly, the location is perfect ( close to the city center but not in the noisy areas, there was a (cold) pool on the roof. Breakfast was okish, not too much options, but enough.

The hotel hasnt seen the renovation in a while. Our room was quite dark. Also wlls are quite thin.

Room was big and airy. Breakfast was basic but sufficient (bread, butter/Jam, fruits, tea/coffee/juice). Pool and terrace area has great views.

There is a lift but only after you climb down an initial flight of stairs. Bathroom window was not perfectly tinted. Hotel location is uphill

Some mention a breathtaking view of the surroundings, I didn't see much from the -3rd floor. The first impression of the cocoyam is good, but then I saw the window opening system, which I had to open when opening the cabinet, you should ventilate it sometimes. But you forget all the negatives when you take the elevator up and go to breakfast. You go up the stairs to the last floor and the view is what is appreciated. And that's what everyone is writing about.

After opening the cabinet, you feel like canceling everything and your stay.

didn’t have any water to drink in the room, no even drink machine where we can buy water or another fizzy drink anytime. the breakfast was very poor, the drink in machine was not tasty
