My stay is generally comfortable.

Staff are generally good even though sometimes difficult to understand their English. The location is beautiful with panoramic ocean front, the food is generally good though breakfast lacks variety. My room was well air conditioned. Complementary water, daily room cleaning/bed making.

The room is a bit dusty to walk barefooted. I preferer walking barefooted in my hotel rooms wherever I travel to release unnecessary heat from my body. However, this hotel is not carpeted, and also dusty to do so.

very comfortable place

The staff, facilities, and breakfast are incredible. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The hotel has a nice terrace to sit at and stare at the ocean. The pool area is nice and calm.

Just a tip: the devices in the gym could use instructions. The lobby is quite cold.

Great Location. Impeccable staff and Management. I plan to definitely stay here again.

The staff and management are fantastic and very flexible and accommodating with guests. During the four weeks I stayed at the Cape Hotel the level of responsiveness and attention to detail were beyond what I have seen at other hotels worldwide. The owner learns each guests name and is highly attuned to guests needs.

Very nice and comfortable. Would like to stay there again.

The Cape is at the ocean view. The breakfast was very nice. More than that the staf, specially the General Manager and the owner, the restaurant Manager, are very friendly and take special care to make guests feel at home. They even put an extra desk for me in my room so that I could work in peace.

There's not much that I did not like. May be they can have more variety in food. But I guess they have enough.

It was the ideal spot for business trip. Comfortable and accessible

I loves the location, it was osd to the beach and the American embassy. it was also in the heart of the capital city. The breakfast was amazing

Nothing comes to mind apart from the price. Expected it them to organize an airport pickup for the price but thats fine. It was reasonably priced. I also liked the room service.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are a lone woman traveller

A well presented, clean and comfortable environment. Staff very helpful and hospitable. The staff led by proprietor Mr Ghassan was very hospitable.

Exceptional

The deco is fantastic. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel shuttle service available. Breakfast is buffet and superb. Swimming pool sparkling clean. I truly loved and enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Food was good from the restaurant. Breakfast, not as good.

The water only got lukewarm not hot. My room window showed me a concrete wall, grey and dull and the pipes from the water tank

Pleasant

Staff friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Services provided were all working and it was easy to arrange travelling requirements on the go. Rooms clean and tidy. Wifi working well.

Meals at the restaurant were average compared to similar hotels elsewhere in Africa. Noisy aircon in room during stay.

My stay was ok, except for the bed.

Breakfast was ok and well served according to our diet plans. Kitchen staff were are freindly and able to handle our expectations.

The bed was making lots of noise each time we tried waking up or sitting on it.
