Frustrated

The aesthetic vibes and the bar counter next to the pools. Rooms are okayish. The rooms pics may seem spacious but its not very spacious.

The receptionist behaviour was very rude and un welcoming. I had made the booking 3 weeks prior to our visit. From day 1 I have been in contact with the property as to check if the rooms are confirmed or would there be any advance payments required. So I had requested an early check in and was told it would be possible and wouldn’t require any extra payments. Upon arrival the receptionist just denied it and even after showing Whatspp conversation with the property he was not accepting it and asked for confirmation. We are a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The booking clearly stated that 1 of the 2 rooms would accommodate 3 people and would require an extra bed which was included in our booking amount . During check out he demanded extra fee for the extra bed which was already included in the booking. I had to talk and argue to exclude it from the final amount. The rooms were not very clean. The curtains,lamps and wardrobe were dusty. Room service is slower than the traffic in Banglore

If you can afford it’s a great hotel with an amazing location for shopping, beach, food and nightlife.

the location was perfect and the lobby is really nice to relax and rest if you are lazy to head out.

the cost of stay is overpriced. The rooms and service is good but still not a big hotel for the price you have to pay.

No hot water was available in the bathroom. It seemed to be a problem for everyone in the hotel.

Neat and clean. Friendly staff.

Hot water for shower is provided only via solar water heater. During monsoon solar water heater does not facilitate hot water due to the weather conditions.

Superb

Radhika,the receptionist at the hotel does a fine job to take care of the guests. 1. Location is easily accessible. 2. Hotel is kept neat n tidy. 3. Staff is helpful. 4. Food is nice. Breakfast is included. You get good variety of dishes for breakfast. 5. You can get a rented bike from the person who is just next to the hotel premises , which makes your job to get one. 6. Swimming pool is bit small but yes will help you to relax n refresh yourself. ** In case of early checkins prior to their scheduled slot the management is very helpful to accommodate you if the rooms are available.

1. In between the day , don't know why the hotel kept the warm water flow closed. 2. (** If you are booking via booking.com ..its seems not merged with the property here as they said we don't take advance payment if booked from here. Please get this aligned to avoid any confusions thereafter.

It was a good stay

Only one of the male staff members at the counter, was proactive. Although, we had to ask for everything missing in the room, viz. soap, towel, bed, water bottle, bath mat, bucket, liquidator, he made an effort to provide. The room was clean and well kept. I suppose, we were given an upgrade, as all rooms were full (which is really surprising, the booking was made a day in advance. It wasn't on the spot booking).

The most unfortunate was the attitude of lady receptionist and declaration by House Keeping that they do not provide blanket for 3rd bed (which was paid extra), they probably expected the 3rd person to bring their own blanket. Parking is not available at the Hotel.

Great hospitality. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. The location is quite accessible with some good places to eat nearby. The rooms were value for money along with the amenities. Clean and tidy bathrooms though hot water wasn't consistent. Variety of breakfast items was limited but good enough. Overall, would say a good option for 3-4 days stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.
