Spacious apartment with beautiful views and a great pool

. Own transport needed. Unsuitable without car. Difficult access to town unless you have a parachute.. Cooking utensils very poor.. Furniture and furnishings need replacing, sofa and chair covered with throws hiding very poor seats.. Inadequate soaps and supplies. Cleaning not good. -found viagra tablet on floor and used hair grips. Shower slow to empty as drain blocked with accumulation of hair. Little available info re getting around and services.. No aircon..Lots of traffic noise as shutters needed to be open. because of noise.

WONDERFUL VIEW. BATHROOM HAS BEEN RENOVATED

OLD APARTMENT THAT NEEDS RENOVATION INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. KITCHEN NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED NEXT. ROOMS ALSO NEEDS ATTENTION.

The view was fantastic. The apartment was big and alle the rooms were very nice. The pool and pool area was great. Short but steep walk to the city.

Missed aircondition - but that we knew. The receptionist did not speak a word english that was a little bit difficult.

The apartment is very stylish with excellent facilities. From the lounge you can see the whole of Santa Margherita. The pool is very clean as are the surrounding gardens. We will definitely return there.
