Lovely modern room and balcony with sea view.
Very clean and the staff were so welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Viktorija the manager was amazing.
The accommodation is also linked to the beachfront restaurant where guests can have breakfast, which was delicious and a lovely setting.
We found on a couple of occasions the shower water was too cold and the WiFi was a little sporadic, but we were notified about WiFi maintenance.
we didn’t realise the cost of sun beds in front of the restaurant was extra, and they were always fully booked whenever we asked about sunbed availability.

everything looked new, the bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing and the location was perfect. It is close to the beach and right behind it is a bus stop which takes you to the city center. The lady that helped us was very nice and gave good advice on the things to do in Cagliari.

Close to beach, super clean and modern, wonderful room! The staff organised a taxi to the airport for me and were sp friendly. Would recommend 👌

Breakfast taken at a restaurant on the beach, it was excellent.
We were staying in a room on the top floor, no lift was available.

All the staff were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Really clean, comfortable and modern suite in an amazing location, only a few minutes walk away from Poetto Beach. It's also easy to get into town by bus. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you!

Beautiful room with all the comfort of a 4 stars hotel (all kind of toiletries, nice big terrace with sun beds and comfy chairs ), literally 2 mins walk from the beautiful Poetto beach

The staff are incredibly helpful, warm and really accomodating! The location was perfect as you have the beach right on your doorstep, or you can get a short bus ride into the city centre!! Would highly recommend this B&B!

our stay was absolutely amazing. the staff was great, hotel was clean and modern. the location is perfect for a beach vacay. the food at their beach restaurant across the street was sooo good. we felt welcome from the beginning until the end.

only thing is, that it could be awkward if you’re traveling with a friend or sibling: the shower is in the middle of the room, only glass walls :)

The welcome and breakfast on the beach a few mins away . Plus lovely lunches at La Palmetta bar . Carmen and her partner were so welcoming plus the other lovely lady at reception .

The location was very nice, very close to the beach and also convenient with public transportation. Also, the room was very clean and the owner was very helpful.
Not really a complain but expected the room slightly bigger. Also, another point to consider, if you have mobility difficulties, ask for a room on the ground floor.

Amazing room! And very friendly and helpful personal. Very close to a pretty good beach, a couple (though not too many) decent restaurants around. Very close to the bus station so getting to Cagliari is quite easy. Breakfasts were quite good too.
Everything was great, but I'm not 100% sure if the value for money is exactly perfect (though this is relevant rather to the entire area but not just one specific hotel). Also, towels and other beach services are not included, so be ready to pay ~20 EUR extra per person per day.

Nice rooms and super friendly host.
Close to the beach. At the weekend the music from the beach is a little bit louder - but in the night it’s always quiet.
Surfaces were not 100% clean but ok. Sand from the beach can be find in some corners. But maybe normal in this area.

They speak english which is not very usual in italy
At breakfast you can only eat 1 croissant!
The building is half of the guests and half of residents
