Located in a 1930’s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for your next stay in Athens. Within less than 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian must visits, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis and its Parthenon (5 min walk) and the Ancient and Roman Agora’s, as well as the Plaka (5min walk), this spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath residential jewel also features a living room with a convertible large sofa bed with a full mattress, high ceilings, and wooden floors. A perfectly comfortable home for 2 up to even 8 guests. The two bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the third bedroom two twin beds, all with American imported mattresses and furnished with high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate sleeping experience. All bedrooms offer large smart TVs, individual stereo system with USB doors and ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofa beds one of which turns into an extra comfortable double bed making this home suitable for 8 guests. And a large smart TV with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus. The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by the renowned Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer. The perfect starting point for you to walk everywhere you want without the need of transportation. Our residence will immediately make you feel like a local!

Very easy check in. The building is right next to the bus stop and very close to the metro. We came from the airport by metro and it was simple! Walk to the Acropolis and all the restraints and shopping. Very clean with tons of room and even an elevator!

Excellent hosts, terrific location, lovely apartment. There were six of us—parents, university-age son and his roommate, high school age daughter and her boyfriend. We had plenty of space and the main bathroom was beautiful. Convenient location for the Acropolis and museum. Loved it!

The location is in proximity to everything you want to see with a convenient hop-on-hop of bus a half block away, access to amazing restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is large and comfortable for a sizable group with great communication with the management. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great for us - comfortable, well decorated (really loved the lamps), close to the Athens sites and Metro. There's a good market around the corner. We were met at the door, helped get our luggage up to the apartment (there's an elevator, but typically small), given good recommendations and extra laundry soap when requested. We really enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located near the Plaka and across from the Temple of Zeus, this was a spacious modern apartment well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, the beds, including pull out sofa, were comfortable, and the AC was perfectly chilly. The kitchen was well equipped. A bit noisy from the stairwell but otherwise perfect. Bill and John run a great operation. Customer service was excellent. The place immaculate. A wonderful experience

This was the perfect apartment for our party of 5 during our stay in Athens. Communication with the host was very easy. He even arranged transportation for us from the airport. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The building location was perfect for walking to the Plaka district and the Acropolis Museum. There were many good dining and shopping options very close to the apartment. It was our first trip to Athens, and we felt safe and very connected to this amazing city! We would definitely stay here again.

Bill and John run a very quality, professional operation. Their ride service showed up on time and was very courteous. The unit is clean and spacious. Overlooks the temple of Zeus. Short walk to metro, restaurants, and the acropolis.
My only negative comment is that the kitchen is too I’ll equipped for cooking full meals. Ok for breakfast and simple snacks. Also some street noise because it’s on a busy street.

This property was FANTASTIC. It was gorgeous, clean, incredibly spacious, quiet, perfectly located for our travel by door to the Acropolis, the Plaka, Monastiraki, the Parliament . . . We parked in the Syngrou Parking Fix which is an easy walk and very reasonable daily prices (we had a rental for our out-of-Athens adventures). This rental was an inviting place to return to at the end of a long day and we were able to be retired for the next day’s adventures. We ordered in the first night due to the long day of travel which was very easy! We made some food in the apartment thanks to all the amenities and amazing eating locations were just around the corner from the front door.
If I/we are ever lucky enough to return again, we will look for this rental first thing as a location in Athens!!!!

I would rent this property again every time I go back to Athens. Outstanding location just a few minutes' walk from Acropolis entrance, Acropolis Museum, Plaka district, a metro stop, grocery stores and loads of restaurants. It's a nice property with good amenities and well-working showers. View across the street is to the Temple of Zeus. Two more VRBO properties by this owner are in the same building are are probably equally as nice. Check-in was great. The team also arranged for ground transport to/from the airport and a couple really nice and worthwhile tours outside Athens. I'd heartily recommend.

This place was perfect location walking distance to all shopping and walking distance to the Acropolis. We were visiting my daughter who was studying in Thessaloniki and enjoyed this place a lot. The host was very friendly and also available via whatsapp if you needed any assistance. They also arranged transportation from the airport for us and also from Athens to Thessaloniki as we had a lot of luggage.

The owners have done an amazing job updating the apartment! The view and location are great - can see Temple of Zeus and easily access Plaka shops and restaurants. Hosts truly describes the property and made sure our check in was seamless. Would definitely stay there again.

convenient location and great customer service
This apartment is on a busy street, but right around the corner from the plaka. Thankfully, noise was not a problem. The apartment suited our needs for a family of 7. It was easy to get to all areas of Athens and short walks to many historical sights. Overall, it was clean and spacious, except for the larger bathroom. There was mold on the wall above the shower tile and the corners of the shower floor looked dirty, moldly. The shower head and diverter did not work well, so the pressure was terrible in that bathroom. Communication with the owner was fantastic, though, so that made up for the yucky bathroom.

Perfect base for our family’s (2 adults, 5 children) visit to Athens. The location is superb and the apartment was spacious, clean and luxurious. Communication was very good before and during.

This was our first stop on a long trip to Europe, and we were relieved and pleased with such great communication. The apartment was in a perfect location, but a quiet oasis amidst the busy city. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Athens.

Great Apartment!
I would highly recommended renting this apartment. Bill and John were great hosts. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us a great list of restaurants, bars and markets to go to. The apartment was well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. It had a great view of the Temple of Zeus. The location was fantastic as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Location!
The location of our apartment was easy walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka. There were great restaurants and a market nearby. The hosts were always responsive to our questions and requests for transfers from Piraeus, the Cruise ship port, to the Airport. Thank you!

Great Spot in Heart of Athens
Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the middle of Athens, minutes walking distance from the Acropolis and on the edge of the Plaka. Everything worked well and Spyros and Ioannis were very helpful, especially in arranging airport transportation.
The kitchen and equipment was good for light cooking, not for serious meal prep, but that wasn't a problem with dozens of fantastic restaurants with a few minutes walk.

Excellent location!
We were able to walk to all the main attractions quickly & easily. The apartment was clean & comfortable with plenty of towels & other necessities. The property managers/personnel were very kind & helpful. They communicated frequently. They were especially helpful when we encountered problems with delayed flights & lost luggage -we are most appreciative!
