Great location and hotel with good value for your money!

Fantastic location, attached to a fabulous mall. Amazing staff, great facilities, clean, was really a great experience!

Not recommend for families

Its a huge hotel massive space Rooms are really big AC cold Room clean Offload chips juices at rooms mani bar Breakfast good ( no cheese assortment) Staff were great Locations very nice

Check- in at the hotel took long time My family slept at reception They are using very old PROSEDURE I signed in 9 peapers Pluse I have to pay a deposit they said its a law which is not true i was stying it Hilton hotel didn pay deposit . Room 2317 smell moldy (I got sick from this smell) Change room to 2308 was smell cigarettes, if you have breathing problems or kids dont think about this hotel Rooms very old need to renovate,, Sofas need deep clean. Yo can book throw here and befor you pay at the hotel you can ask the hotel to see the rooms

Prime location

The hotel is in a prime location which means u can walk to the pavilion mall and other malls around. The mall adjoining the hotel is affordable and lots of food options We were given a free upgrade and it was spectacular Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms The views are breathtaking Check in and out easy The breakfast even though vegetarian was amazing. We throughly enjoyed it especially the freshly made parathas and the yummy croissants

Paying 30 ringit for a lost room key The rooms although well maintained now do need to be redone. Its showing age and use Housekeeping is okay. I was not impressed

Hôtel très confortable, excellent petit déjeuner, très bien situé.

Superbe, mais comme souvent en Asie, un peu frais - climatisation trop forte Emplacement superbe : à proximité du monorail et au milieu de la plus grande galerie commerciale de KL.

Le faible éclairage au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain. Très simple à régler : mettre des ampoules LED plus puissantes

Location

-Breakfast (too simple & not much variety) -hot water at the bath tab is not working (quite frustrating) -my officemate room (other room) has cockroach. Her bathroom water pressure is so slow and has same issue like mine toward the hot water. -not worth of money. We've decided to check in at this hotel due to our seminar was held at this hotel. Surprisingly this is one of the biggest 5 star hotel chain. Totally unexpected.

Could be better. Carpark should be free. Only 2RM discount per day?!

In a shopping mall.

My room is in Block A which is a distance away to walk to. Not sure of it is a hotel or residence suite. The room was entered and cleaned without my request and not well cleaned.

Pleasant

The proximity to shopping and food within the same building was a plus point. It helped to buy time when we had to wait for our room to be ready after 3pm (we arrived by noon). It was also nice to walk around in the mall after breakfast, and before bed.

Many matters irked us. But to share the more major ones... 1. The bathtub was not clean, with obvious stains that cannot be removed. Our daughters were deprived of soaking in the bathtub as a result. The room was obviously just very old. Despite being clean, it no longer looks worth the $$ 2. The breakfast is now full vegetarian, and we weren't too happy with the idea of mock meat (we did try it, but definitely a no no for non-vegetarians like us). The hallways were filled with poster frames on the idea if being vegetarian, which we did not like as it appears to be attempts at brainwashing. Very uncool

Need to train staff what is hospitality.

Bus stop and monorail in front of the property.

Very unorganised. Hotel is not that clean as it should be. In hospitality industry staff should be polite. Morning breakfast servicing staff(waters are mannerless and rude). Some of the staff is ok. We travel a lot so other countries hotel and resort staff are very polite with nice smiling face. They greet whenever they meet. In Berjaya staff is a king. They treat customers like they are paying our stay.

Location is the only advantage

Poor service property is too big for the team to manage. Takes hours to deliver smallest necessities. Food is all veg.

The Worst check in in my entire lifetime!

The welcome drink was a coupon given, we used at night of 28th june 2023. the guy in the place prepared it so well.

check in time i have a huge issue, complain was already pass to staff about night shift of 27th june 2023. they gave us key to another room where we open and other guests were already sleeping. then gave another key for a room which is on another tower. in this place also was locked and we are not able to get in. the third room only was able to check-in. Many things horrrible happened. i tried to communicate with management i have informed everything to Mr Hamdan and told to inform to Mrs laow how rude and inconsiderate the duty officer that night was( i told her name to Mr Hamdan already). and that time I hope my message get delivered to them. i have even given my email address also, not even a single time told sorry even! very rude. what would you feel when other guests open your room in the middle of the night 3am while your sleeping? utterly disappointed. no apology at all, i have the evidence and proof of what happened and will file the case against this hotel if officially they did not compensate for what they have done. suffered alot with my kid here.

Very convenient location.

The location is awesome as its attached to the mall. Room is spacious. Toilet is huge with a bath tub. But, I didn't like the concept of no bidet. There is a separate place to wash after your business and my children found it difficult. Otherwise, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Got a complimentary drink as well.

Disappointing.

Toilet flushing system very bad. Didn't work on our 1st night of stay. Had to change to another room. Maintenance staff was slow in coming to repair. Operator failed to pick up phone desite our calling for more than 15 mins. Had to go to receptionist to make complaint about stuck overflowing toilet system. Came back late night and still not repaired. Made a fush at reception counter and move to another room.

Disappointing.

Room spacious. Location good. Breakfast vegetarian excellent.

My wife and friend was staying in another room. Terrible. Not satisfied with the toilet flushing system. Also air conditioneering broke down on the 2nd day of stay and they had to be out the whole day when air condition repair ongoing.

Pleasant

Old furnitures(stained), sink, toilet seat, flooring, carpet were obviously very old with stains/rust. My parent's superior room is much bigger than my family room which dont make sense! The lightings in the room were very dim.

Very disappointing!!!

Perfect location but the rest is zero

Was there only for 2 nites with my family, in laws and my friends. Very horrible and disappointing experience. Hotel is old with lots of facilities not working. Old dirty carpet, rust everywhere especially in the bathroom. My family n myself couldn't hve shower for 2days as no hot water, call them many time to fix it but nothing was done. Fridge not working as well. My friends as well had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel again. This hotel need a lot of work to be done before getting any guest
