Breakfast was average & location was disappointing

Pool staff was arrogant & unhelpful

Restaurant stuff very nice. Very Good location - it's nice sensation to look at sea while being in sauna. Outdoor pool with heated sea water - good option when weather is fresh.

Room( for 4) was nothing like on pictures. Tiny and uncomfortable even with small kids. Noisy cleaning in the mornings - no chances to sleep as long as you want. Stuff at reception will answer to all questions, but might forget to advice something important or usefull and you'll have to go and ask again.

-The location of the hotel is very good. It is situated by the beach and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes around and even more in short walking distance. -The hotel is lovely. We had a room with a balcony on the top floor facing both San Marino and the ocean. Facilities are great with restaurant, cafe-bar and a Spa wellness center. -All staff was lovely, very friendly and hard working and always greeted as with a smile. Nothing was trouble for them to answer our questions and provide assistance with any of our enquiries. -The room was clean, of good size and equipped with all the essential comodities. Daily housekeeping service throughout our stay. -Great breakfast variety (although I prefer scrambled eggs a bit more cooked, but that's my personal preference). There is an option to have lunch/dinner in the restaurant for a fixed price of €25 per person, which I totally recommend. It includes 2 main dishes plus buffet appetizers, and everything is delicious. We were also surprised at how fast and organized the service was. Good job, guys. - The spa was modern, luxurious and the massage we received from the therapist felt amazing. The only disappointment was that we didn't have the chance to try the jaccuzi as a group of guests were monopolizing it the whole evening ( but again this is not the hotel's fault but the education someone receives from home).

I can't think of anything negative about this place. Good job, everyone!

room wasn’t as advertised, hotel run down, bathroom very small, shabby old lifts ,

very good position, on the beach front but close to all amenities, excellent staff in all the departments (from cleaning to reception restaurant etc) the kindness of the maitre at breakfast time is not a fake smile but genuine and the breakfast is top!

the bidet in front of the shower does not give you much space to enter or exit shower. very odd

The lobby was large, clean,with a bar and more than ample seating. The room was comfortable, clean, as was the washroom. The staff were terrific and very helpful.

The balconies were in close proximity to one another and when other guests were smoking on their balconies and as a non-smoker I couldn’t always sit outside or have my balcony door open.

Nice and big breakfast and location was very good we were with disabled kid but no problem.

The hotel facilities were very good, especially the pool area and the pool lady. Staff were excellent, especially Ligia at breakfast. Location on the beach and the boardwalk.

Air conditioning didn't work. Needed for the first 3 days for 30c+ temps. Safe didn't work, even after staff corrected it. Cold eggs every morning for breakfast.

Breakfast variety is quite okay, but there is a lack of vegetables, very weird tasting eggs. Restaurant is available only for fixed dinner price ( 25€ per person) with no availability to order a la carte. Bar working hours are very short, check out - only until 10am. One of the housekeeper ignored do not disturb sign while we were in the room.
