Tot ce a oferit hotelul mic dejun,camera SPA au fost deosebite. Mic dejun variat. Camera curata si spatioasa. SPA curatenie exemplara.

Apa din ambele piscine de SPA neschimbata de prea mult timp si plina de bacterii, duhnea a clor si apa statuta, prietena mea sa reintors cu candida, iar eu cu o iritatie destul de urata in zona abdomenului, mobilier mult prea vechi si neingrijit, igrasie pe tavanul din baie, robinete de dus cu un jet de pistol cu apa, sauna din baie facuta de vreun nea Vasile prin anul 2002 si lasata asa, pentru aproape 2000 de lei pe noapte nu are absolut nici o justificare, maxim 500-600 lei cu indulgenta merita ca si raport calitate-pret, asta daca te intorci si sanatos inapoi. Chiar exista alte optiuni care merita si isi justifica un tarif de 2000 de lei pe noapte prin alte locatii unde am mai fost, insa asta cu siguranta nu este una dintre ele, clar pe aici nu voi mai calca.

Nu se merită preț/calitate. Plus că erau oaspeți foarte gălăgioși și nepoliticoși.

Camera foarte mare, micul dejun, locație excelentă.

Hotelul este vechi cu multe detalii învechite. Foarte mulți clienți de anumită etnie care făceau foarte mult zgomot și deranjau pe toată lumea (la spa cat și la restaurant). În baie miroase foarte foarte urat și arată a hotel învechit.

Perfection. We can't wait to return.

Excellent hotel with superb service. Anything we asked for we got. The apartment on the 6th level is in a class of its own. The playroom was a great favourite with the kids. Everything was just perfect.

I can't think of one thing that is wrong.

I enjoyed very much the big room and the welness area. Too high price for what Poiana Brasov has to offer

Very nice and big rooms, lovely decorations

Breakfast could be better for a 5 star hotel with such high rates. some fresh coffee and orange juice; in general better quality meat and cheese could be offered.

Locatie cu mare potential, cu servicii/facilitati ce scad in calitate in timp ce preturile cresc

Apartamentele sunt foarte mari si spatioase, cel in care am stat era cu vedere catre Postavaru ai balcon mare, cu o baie spatioasa ce includea atat dus cat si cada de baie, si era unul dintre cele care au si sauna, loc de parcare asigurat, paturi comfortabile, cafetiera, smart tv etc. In general daca ai o nevoie si ceri staffului ai sanse sa primesti ceea ce ai nevoie. Stafful este amabil. Micul dejun avea ceva optiuni si majorutatea erau ok. Spa-ul este inclus (exceptand masajele ceea ce e normal). Mergem aproape anual de cativa ani buni, insa lucrurile au inceput sa se deterioreze rapid asa cum puteti vedea din partea a doua a review-ului.

Curatenia este sub nivelul asteptarilor ptr un asemenea hotel si ptr asemenea preturi. Pe parcursul sejurului (cateva zile) cei de la curatenie au facut curat efectiv doar o data desi le-am cerut de mai multe ori. Fiind cetateni straini cei de la curatenie nu vorbeau romaneste dar nici engleza nu o intelegeau prea bine. Cand au facut curat, a fost foarte rapid si fara efect. Au tras un aspirat rapid si pe jos era in continuare destul de murdar. Si asta era de dinainte sa ne cazam. Intr-unul din balcoane cazusera plante pe jos si pamant, posibil de la apartamentul de deasupra sau chiar de la al nostru poate din cauza vantului. Doua zile au fost necesare ca sa curete si au facut-o doar la cererea noastra. In living cand am venit am gasit pe jos boabe de porumb, pe marginea unui fotoliu am gasit un plasture folosit, in balcon am gasit mucuri de tigara in flori, o cutie folosita de suc pe marginea ghivecelor, un betisor de mestecat pe jos etc. E clar ca unii dintre oaspetii anteriori erau nesimtiti. Dar reprezentantii hotelului sa nu verifice si sa nu curete inainte de urmatorii oaspeti este inacceptabil. Am cerut o cana pentru incalzit apa (intrucat in apartamentul in care am stat anul trecut aveam, iar in acesta de anul asta era un aparat de cafea). Am primit una atat de murdara incat intreaga parte metalica din interior (care incalzeste) era acoperita de depuneri de piatra si mizerie. Alta nu aveau. Am stat cam jumatate de ora sa o curatam. Intr-o seara am cerut si noi o frapiera cu gheata. Nu aveau decat una singura de plastic la bar pe care ne-au dat-o. Cum sa fii hotel de 4 stele, cu preturi ce pleaca de la 100+ euro pe noapte si in general sunt intre 200-300 euro pe noapte ptr apartamente chiar si in extra sezon si sa nu ai frapiere? La micul dejun erau ceva optiuni, insa cel putin produsele de patiserie (croissante si alte foietaje asemanatoare) erau fie vechi, fie coapte cu prea mult timp inainte de servire pentru ca erau semi-tari si aproape gumate.

Very good

The location is great. The staff were wonderful. The room was big. The pools and lounge chairs were great. The view from our room was fantastic.

There seems to be a problem with the bathroom drainage venting as there was an unpleasant smell.

Than you you made us most welcomed. Exceptional staff .

When we arrived we were greeted very friendly by the lady at the reception and when she found out that we are celebrating my fathers anniversary she immediately upgraded our accommodation to include one of their apartments with an exceptional view and also with plenty of space :) and also they send in free wine. For my father it was the most unexpected surprise he felt treated like a very very valued guest. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Also breakfast was plenty , varied and delicious and swimming pools were clean and warm

Good pool, jacuzzi and spa, good shuttle service to get you to the ski slope, good playground. Big rooms, clean, though oldish.

Breakfast service is not 5 stars. Missing glasses, missing napkins, cuttlery. Enough staff going around, but not knowing very well what to do. Rooms are big, but not uses to full potential - 2 armchairs would not hurt.
