The landscapes and the vibe in general are very pleasant. Decent breakfast. Geti restaurant is an experience.Room was huge with high selling.
It is absurd to pay 250 euro a night in a resort and be expected to pay extra for the beach,which is private to the resort. This is the only reason I would not come back.

The air conditioner, used for heating, was a little noisy.Water leaked into the whole bathroom from the shower. We had a good room but the family we were with had a bad one(the bed, the coffee machine).

It has a nice view, quiet beach, the property in general represents a relaxing gem.
Pricey for what it offers in general. Our room had a beautiful view but nothing was working inside (air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge). The bed was far from comfortable, I had awful backpain, barely made it for 3 nights. Food in the italian restaurant quite bad, the Geti was all right. Nothing much to do except for golf (the golf area was amazing, and exceptionally taken care of).

Excellent breakfast, well served and organized in "OLIVE RESTAURANT".
The location has most probably the best view over the Balchik sea shore and laguna. The golf course it is one of the best in Easter Europe.
The Getty Restaurant (services & staff) are overrated and over advertised. The facility arrangement is obsolete, saved by the view.

Everything is well maintained. Everyone speaks English, nice and accommodating. Feels safe and protected. Spectacular views, and golfing is unique.
The road coming to the entrance needs improvement. Potholes can cause car damage.

the breakfast was very good; the restaurant food also; the room was spacious and nice; the resort very nice and the views as well.
the people working there (hotel, restaurant, beach…) are pretty sad and bitter; 1 big problem is that at noon, there is no place you can eat in the resort; you can only eat at the beach: argata restaurant was not good at all and bendida is far away and very crowded; the rooms are not very clean for a 5* resort; the transportation to bendida is taking a lot of time; we wating 15 min to get in one of the buses to the hotel; the worst part was that the bebdida beach and restaurant closes at 6; it is very early; we have a child and we could not buy a water for her because everything on the beach was closing.m; we left 1 day earlier…that bad it was.

Lovely grounds and beautiful apartments with really large terrace and big rooms! We also enjoyed the spa services and the restaurants! On our first night we had dinner at Geti restaurant and we were lucky to arrive at around sunset time so we enjoyed the amazing scenery overlooking the Black Sea! We loved our time at Bendida beach and our lunch there.

Prices at beach restaurants were too high. No walking paths to beaches.

The view, the hotel has a very good position
They refused to send me an invoice for the amount I payed to stay at their hotel. The guest asked for the invoice when she left and she only received an invoice for less the half of the price I payed!
