Limpeza e manutenção das áreas comuns pode melhorar. custo benefício tambem.

Hotel con una gran extensión de terreno y con las habitaciones divididas en apartamentos. Es muy cómodo y tiene una buena oferta de ocio, hay piscina exterior e interior climatizada, jacuzzi, gimnasio, zona de juegos, bar y una zona de hamacas muy cómoda. Además tuvimos la suerte de ver papagayos azules en las palmeras del jardín. El desayuno es variado y abundante Volvería sin duda

The location. The hotel have other things to do when it was raining. I like the staff they were ver friendly. Breakfast was very nice

They didn’t serve food or dinner

Good breakfast. Two small pools, one outside. another inside is warm water and there is also a Jacuzzi. there is a club room. Grounds are well-kept and attractive with flowers and green lawns. next to pool is a gazebo with hammocks. Rooms are spacious. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a safe 10 minute walk to the main street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The reort is child-friendly

In the fitness center ("academia") the treadmill and elliptical trainer were not working. I mentioned that to management but didnt look like they had fixed it. More serious problem was that my bathroom had a yucky plumbing issue making it uninhabitable. There was a similar problem in a facility next to the dinign area. The hotel immediately responded by moving me to another room.

Breakfast is okay but could use a bit more of variation during the days.

The location is 20 minutes walk to the center (shopping, coffee shops, etc.) in dark, unpleasant roadway. Management should consider providing free bicycles for the guests to enable easier access
