ロケーションが良く期待以上でした♪宿泊時間より早く到着したので、熱海の街を散策してからチェックインしてその後、アカオさんの施設を見て歩かせて頂きました、宿泊した次の日が天候不順と分かっていたので施設内のブランコや景色を見て歩き満喫しました。

部屋のお風呂を無くして洗面所とトイレを別に仕切りトイレ内の換気扇をもっと吸い込みの良いのにした方がいいと思う、全室じゃ無く選択出来る様にした方がいい、洗面所を利用する機会があるとトイレが使えない、特に朝の歯磨きとトイレが利用しずらいのと洗面所が低く小さく使いにくい、

お部屋からのロケーション最高でした 部屋も広く快適でした

お土産コーナーがもう少し多ければと思いました

Het hotel heeft een fantastisch uitzicht, ook de Onsen zijn erg lekker en mooi. Beneden is er wat typische Aziatische afleiding met een playroom, karaoke en pingpong. Ook is er een simpel zwembad. Het lopend buffet is erg gevarieerd en zowel Europees als Japans lekker.

Het hotel is gedateerd. Het lijkt een beetje op de Titanic. Alles is aan vernieuwing toe. De bedden lagen prima, maar tapijt is oud, stoel bleek kapot, etc.

カップルでいくにはとても景色が素晴らしく、良いムードになりやすいかと窓から見る絶景も含め雰囲気もよかったです。朝食夕食に関しては自分達で好きな食べ物を好きな分量を取ることができ、これから食べ歩きにいく為に調整しやすい感じでした

海側にあるので窓を開ければ多少涼しくなりますが窓を開けてない場合熱気がこもりやすく部屋の空調やエアコン、空気清浄機だけでは暑さが目立ちますね。スパリウムニシキに比べ二つの大浴場が思ったより小さく微妙でした。

The hotel lobby was painted white that looks clean & neat and the smell was really good …like a fragrance of a flower that really attracted my attention.I paid ¥1,000 for the parking fee but it’s ok.parking was very near to the hotel. The breakfast was served with healthy foods( Japanese )good for the people who have high chloresterol and avoiding fattyfoods.I like the fried fish they served and the umeboshi & vegetable salad.You can also bring a free coffee ☕️ in your room.There’s a free paper cups w/ a cover to prevent fr.spilling,sugar& creamer readied in the front of the restaurant. Fr.my room ,I can view the beach & the beautiful sunrise.The space of the room was very large nor the bed.The floor that I’m staying is very quiet ,you can’t hear any noise outside.The amenities are great ,shampoos,conditioner,body soap ,face milk lotion are fr. POLA brand.There’s a bottle for free water in my room but you have to fill it by going to a certain room ( same floor)where the Refill Water was installed.Got water twice for my children cup noodles& drinking water. I experienced to bath in their 7 onsen.There are complete in amenities too.It was fun . I recommend this place ,if you really want to enjoy your travel .Better to get a plan w/ Breakfast& Dinner coz there’s no convenient store nor restaurant outside the hotel.But if you really want to save you can bring snacks or cup noodles.

The dinner is a Japanese course ,but wasn’t able to eat it all.Some menus were first time in my taste but there’s tempuras which I did like most.

景色、温泉、ビュッフェ、館内

チェックイン、チェックアウトに時間がかかりすぎる

朝日が綺麗で、ロケーションが最高でした。 お部屋もゆったり ビュッフェもお得です。

エレベーターが、狭くてなかなか来ない。

夕食、朝食のいろいろな種類の料理があってとても良かった。また、会場内が広くのんびりと食事が出来ました。 朝食時にいい景色を眺めながら美味しい料理を最高でした。お風呂からの眺めが天気が良かったので最高でした。

朝食時に料理を取りに行って席へ戻った時にすべて片付けられていて、別のお客様が座っていたのでびっくり！まだ、札は食事中だったのに。スタッフは札の状況を見ないままに片づけをしていると思ったらガッカリでした。

花火が素晴らしかった。水がとてもおいしくどこでも飲めて嬉しい配慮です。 フロントの方たちも素晴らしいプロばかりでとても気持ちよく過ごせました

パン食の私たちは、種類が少ないので、もっと増やしてほしいです ベーグルにハム、チーズなどがあればサンドイッチ出来たのになと感じました

夕食、朝食ともに美味しかった。

ペットと宿泊すると、料金が高い。

窓からの眺めがよかった。 お風呂の種類が多く、楽しめた。 料理に満足できた。 従業員の応対が行き届いていた。 夕食時にはビアノ演奏があり、ゆったりした気持ちに浸れた。 宿泊用の衣料品が浴衣ではなく、着やすくて良かった。

部屋のトイレのドアの下側が、清掃されてなかった。 フェイスタオルが人数分しかなく、トイレなどでの手拭き用のものも含み、余分においてほしかった。 部屋のトイレのタンクの水が、なかなか溜まらないので、困った時もあった。 土産物店の開店時間を、もう少し早くに開けてほしい。 水をわざわざ廊下の機械で汲んでくるのは最初わからず、冷蔵庫にあるものだと思っていたので、少し不便さを感じた。

The ocean view is very nice.

This hotel doesn’t have any customer service. You need to handle the luggage all by yourself. And it is very far to walk from one building to the other. The worst is their elevator. The elevator is not safe. Everyone has to rush going in otherwise you will get squeezed by the door hard. I got squeezed twice and my arms are really hurt. I cannot believe there is no detection on the door.

The outdoor onsen and the breakfast restaurant is pretty good.

- The room’s small and old. Remodeling is required. - We booked a sea-view room at higher rate. However, we got a side sea-view room at 3rd floor, which was damp with a worn, puddle veranda

Hot spring is very nice.

Should more clear

Location and sea view is extremely good, service is very nice, breakfast foods is also fresh and fruity. Very good view of nature spa.

Dinner foods can add be more different kinds.

Onsen is wonderful.

1. The location is very good, and you can see the fireworks show in the room. 2. The food and service are very good. 3. The shuttle bus is very convenient. You can go from Atami Station to the hotel, and you can go to a scenic spot along the way from the hotel.

The buffet dinner & breakfast was very good with many selections

The hotel was very old and in dire need of remodeling. The rooms were small and dark with low ceilings. The bathroom was extremely small. It felt like we were in a cabin on a cruise ship

Food and Bath

waiting queue for dining, and service information I did not get any mail or message from hotel side after I booked. When I did go for the hotel that I should have to waited because they did not ready anything (They said they are not ready the Key, please wait). They told me the last enter for the dining room is 7:30pm, I arrived at 6:40pm but I waited till around 7:15pm. They did not get my money when I check in, it may be late for entering to the main dining room. When I checkout also save like they threat me as a unwanted person. I really trust booking.com reviews rather than google reviews but It was wrong.

Shuttle bus provided, the room is with the sea view, close to all the tourist spots, there is a tourist bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The trash can wasn’t cleaned when checked in, during the check-in hour, no staff at the reception pickup up the phone for inquiries.

Hotel serves good Japanese & Western dinner. Nice seaview at onsen. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the train station.

No convenient store and restaurant next to the hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect and much above my expectations. From the delicious meals, the japanese breakfast, to the best onsen I have ever been to, and of course a very nice and helpful personal. I had a wonderful time in Hotel New Akao, and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Japan.
