1- أعجبني سهولة الدخول والخروج للفندق
2- الإفطار كان شهياً جداً ومميزاً لكن هناك قلة في “الأصناف”
3- الدقة في الترتيب والتنظيم
4- أدخلني موظف الاستقبال مباشرةً حال وصولي.
1- النظافة بشكل عام تحتاج إلى مراجعة قوية
2- نفسيات الموظفين لم تكن جيدة
3- وجود إزعاج في بعض الغرف التي بجواري
4- وقت الخروج لم يكن مناسب حيث كان الساعة (12) ظهراً لابد من مراجعة وقت الخروج جيداً.

Proximité avec le haram : c est l hôtel le plus à gauche et en première ligne donc les chambres avec vue sur la Kaaba sont pleines vue. Ce sont les étages 19,20 ( la notre 20 e étage chambre 13) et 21e, 22 e étage ( il n y a pas plus haut).
On voit très bien la Kaaba. Les chambres sont plus chères mais ça vaut le coup. Il y a l appel à la prière en haut parleur.
- Un coiffeur juste à côté du lobby : pratique après le tawaf puis le sayi.
- Room service mais la nuit seulement salade et sandwichs.
- commerces dans l immeuble, resto aussi mais traditionnels : pas de fast Food américains. Pour cela aller dans le clock Tower ou en bas à 200 mètres il y a KFC juste en face du haram .Mac do dans la rue
- en terme de proximité avec le haram, y a pas mieux. Petit dej beaucoup de choix mais c est pas l équivalent des 5 étoiles habituels ( croissants industriels mais bons )
Chambre pas assez éclairée, grande douche mais petit coin toilette ( étroit), avec chasse d eau bloquée …
-prix des tapis de prière : 45 ryals ( 14 euros) alors qu a Lyon ils sont à 7 euros.

اول مره جيتهم في 2022 اعطاني اقصى اليمين وكانت الاطلاة روعه
المرة الاخيرة كانت الاطلاله غلى المنارتين اقصى اليسار

بإمكان الغرباء مشاركة النزلاء في اي مكان،
الوصول للفندق متعب مع وجود تكتل من الناس الغرباء،

Clean and very close to Haram, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very friendly
You have to pay for parking 23 SAR per hour so if going there with your car I not recommended this hotel.

زحمة وعدم تنظيم في تقديم الفطور
الي يسوي البيض ناس يوصل الطبق إلى طاولتهم هو يودي الطلب بنفسه وناس لازم يصف في السرا علشان يحصل على طلبه

I like the view of Kaaba.
You only need to improve the food quality, especially when it is related to a group of people from Indonesia. Kindly give them better meals for lunch and dinner, as well as the fruit variety.
