We booked accidentally two times the same room. We tried to call to the hotel 18 times and no one answers. When we were on the place the personnel informed us to pay for two reservations. We called Booking and described whole situation. They tried to contact a owner but he was pretending that he can’t speak in English. So, Booking asked a Booking Germany to contact with him and he wasn’t answering. They wrote them 3 mails. Additionally they officially canceled reservation, but unofficially they wanted us to pay a half price (we were there 4 nights). We took a bill and sent it to a Booking.com. It’s a first time that we came across such a rudeness and greed. We were hotel guests for the whole time, we just hit two times the same reservation by the accident. No respect. We certainly won’t go there again.

Nice place , friendly service and breakfast was even brought up to the apartment
