Nice bottom floor unit. Very near the pool behind the property. Master bedroom bed is in serious need of a new mattress. Almost unusable. Hope it gets replaced. This could have been a 5 star recommendation otherwise.

We were in Myrtle Beach for the Cal Ripken Baseball Experience. The property was close to all the fun!!! The beach was a 5 minute drive and the community was beautiful and well maintained. The property was clean. It was well stocked with kitchen needs. new appliances, and a great washer and dryer. Communication with the owner was quick and she was responsive to any questions or needs. Only issue we had was the A/C stopped working our last day. The owner brought over fans until it could be repaired. Great place! We would for sure stay again!

This condo is spacious and clean. It has a great location, next to a pool and large grassy backyard with two grills. The master bed was very comfortable. The appliances are updated. The owner was quick to return a question I had. I would highly recommend this unit.

The property met and exceeded our expectations except for one (or 4) tiny little problem(s). We had an unwelcomed guest of cockroaches in the condo. Other than that, the location, size and accommodations far exceeded our needs. Thank you to Katie for the quick responses.

In town for a volleyball tournament. Location was perfect in close proximity to sports complex as well as Broadway at the Beach.. We have stayed in many rent by owner places and this was the most spacious two bedroom we have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, close proximity to pool etc. Will definitely book again.

The listing is exactly as posted. The unit was large, very clean, and provided everything we needed. The host was responsive. We all enjoyed our stay very much. We were a 5-minute drive from the beach. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!!!

We were looking somewhere to hold my Daughter's wedding and the type of wedding kept changing. Well my daughter finally decided she wanted a Beach wedding. The prices were very high and finally I tried vrbo after my daughter called me about. The rest is history my daughter is now Married it was a Very Happy Day for all involved.

It was a good size for families. We had plenty of room. We walked in and it was beautifully clean, which was a comfort. The pool was beautiful! Having a washer and dryer in the room was AMAZING! We were all very sad to leave! We definitely want to stay here again!!

Property was exactly as depicted and described on line. Clean all new better quality appliances. The bed was comfortable and kitchen supplies were adequate. More than enough for a few teenage grandchildren who spent an overnight. I would rent this property again.

There were several highlights to this rental. The condo was very spacious, had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The screened patio was beautiful during late evening hours. The saltwater pool was right outside the back door. Location was convenient to Broadway at the Beach and many local stops. The only negative I have is the noise; but I guess that really depends on who is staying above you. We will certainly rent from this location again!

This condo was spotless clean with everything you would need to get away for the weekend. My mom was celebrating her 50th birthday with her two best friends, they were amazed at how nice this VRBO property was. The pool was convenient to jump right in and the property was beautiful and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Thank you for having us!

Very spacious. Good size rooms. Quite clean. New carpet in living area nice. Some things look a bit tired. Dining chairs really need to be recovered. Lining of some drawers and cupboards in kitchen pulling up. Had to clean under a couple. Needs a few more essentials such as glasses, sharp knives, some of pans should be replaced. Need a much better explanation on how to use the television. Some major appliances, for example, the stove showing rust. Master bedroom mattress is close to needing replacement. Very pleased with response to repairs and repairman Paul was excellent. Could be a lovely rental with a little work.
