Bad ventilation

Nice place to stay. On Jomas iela what is main and central street of Jurmala. What can be better? 7-8 min to get to the beach, two museums are just steps from the Londa Apts. Steps from Majori train station. It was kind of system mistake and I did not get the unit I booked but the host offered me a very nice unit too. Very nice person, very helpful. I liked my stay in, and if I have a chance to get back, so definitely I am gonna try to book here again. Thank you.

Old, stinky and poor quality

Moldy smell, old, stinging plants at doorstep that hurt our child when we arrived.

Location was in the centre.

Our room was a very old and tired place. It looked like a warehouse adjusted to sleeping place. Something that you would perhaps meet in 1980s. Even though everything seemed clean, I didn't feel good touching anything. Sheets were very old and did not have a good smell. I would never go back. It's a good thing we only had to be there one night.

The location couldn't be better. Half way up the main tourist street in Jurmala. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Host was flexible and could meet us anytime.

There are some pretty poor reviews on here which i think are a little unfair as Londa is bargain price for Jurmala. You get what you pay for and whilst our apartment did need renovating it was clean and safe. Everything is a bit dated but worked okay. My only issue really was the crows and seabirds making a racket through the night as they fought over food in the yard.

Good location.

Awful smell in the apartement; full of flies; couldn't sleep at night, because somekind of rat or mouse was scratcing behind the wall; not enough toilet paper. Shower is basically in the living room, just a curtain, which separates you from others. No cutlery in the kitchen. I understand the apartment cost very little, but you still expect some basic quality.
