Located in Woodfin, this charming house for £316 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our new townhome has everything you need and provides a comfortable home base for up to 9 guests (5 Adults Max + 4 Children). You will love the incredible mountain views that can be seen from nearly every room in the house. Relax on our deck and enjoy our gorgeous 2-way fireplace, which can be viewed on the deck and in the living room! For guests with accessibility challenges, our home features an elevator. We offer parking for up to four cars, with parking for two within the garage and two in the driveway, outside of the garage. You may enter our home from the garage or the front door, and you will enter our large foyer, with elevator, coat closet, and our laundry room. Stairs lead up to the main living space, where our beautiful, light filled kitchen has everything you need to cook just about anything! Our large dining table has seating for 8 and our kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The kitchen and dining area are open to the comfortable living room with a large, gorgeous couch and two cozy chairs. Enjoy our Smart TV, which has access to cable or streaming services. Or, in the cooler months, enjoy being mesmerized by our beautiful 2-way fireplace. We have lots of windows with incredible mountain views! A powder room also adjoins the main living space. Our large deck has a table and chairs, for enjoying the freshest mountain air. A luxurious primary suite adjoins the main living space and features an exceptionally comfortable king bed and large SmartTV. The primary on-suite bath has a tile walk-in shower and a double sink vanity, which opens up to a large walk-in closet. The third floor of our home features three more bedrooms and a large full bathroom, with double sink vanity and a tub/shower. The first bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom has a sweet day bed for relaxing or for one adult or child to sleep. The third bedroom has 4 bunk beds (2, 2-bed bunks). The bunk room is ideal for children, so please keep this in mind, as the bunk beds cannot support the weight of an adult! Our home is located in the quiet community of Reynolds Village, in the town of Woodfin, which a convenient 5-mile or 10 minute drive into downtown Asheville. You can walk from the house to the Village, where we have a neighborhood sports bar, The Village Porch. You can also enjoy coffee Light Side Coffee Company. Several grocery stores are within 5 minutes of the house. Casita Asheville is the perfect place for families to gather for a memorable visit in the Asheville Area. Very spacious for the amount of people we had with us for our daughters Gymanstics competition. Everything was clean and well stocked with everyday essentials. Close to shops and downtown. The only thing I would suggest is better furniture to provide seating and replacing the couch; other than that, this location was great!!!

Spacious, super clean, well-appointed unit with beautiful Westerly views of the Appalachian Mtns. Hosted our adult kids and new grandson for brunch the day after Thanksgiving and the elevator was a real plus as our daughter is recovering from recent knee surgery.

This newer, beautiful and very clean home was perfect for my family and one other family. Plenty of space, kitchen supplies and offerings made this property a great getaway. The property manager was immediately responsive and even let us check in early, We loved the deck and views. This property was also a very quick ride into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is new - nicely appointed, very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood where porch views overlook the mountains. Great distance to downtown Asheville - about 10 minutes. About 30-60 minute drive away from popular hiking trails.

This is a modern townhouse in Woodfin area just north of Asheville. It was very quiet during our stay. The unit itself was very nice, clean, with an opened kitchen and living area not to mention a large balcony. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of linens. Very easy checkin process with the management team. The location was a plus. It was incredibly easy to travel into the city, river arts area, and nearby national parks for hiking and outdoor activities. Would stay again.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed at. Everything was super clean. The house had everything we needed for day to day. They provided enough towels and toilet paper for our stay, which never happens. Some things to note if you have toddlers or little kids is that the master is on the 2nd floor and kids room are on the 3rd. There are no baby gates provided for the stairs so we brought our own. There are window coverings but no black out curtains so all the rooms stay very bright in the summer. These werent dealbreakers by any means, just wanted to give future renters a heads up.

This house was so perfect for our family! I fell in love with it online and it's just a beautiful in person! The whole house felt so clean and bright and well taken care of. We stayed a whole week and it truly had everything we needed from plush bedding and comfortable beds to shower toiletries and kitchen essentials for cooking almost anything! The neighbors were all very nice and the location was perfect for us bc there were so many great restaurants less than 10 min away. The communication with the property manager was perfection!! She was always available if we needed anything and was extremely helpful. We felt very lucky to have had such an awesome experience with a VRBO! Best we've ever had! Would absolutely stay here again :)

We had a lovely stay at this clean, well appointed condo. The mountain views were gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed coffee on the deck, with the double fireplace, overlooking the views. I would definitely stay again. The only thing is we were told that the room with bunk beds is only for small kids. So don't count on that space if you need those 4 beds for adults.

This house was perfect for our family vacation in Asheville (two children under 3). The location is incredible, with an easy short commute to all communities in Asheville. The house itself is well equipped, extremely well kept, and high quality. The deck with beautiful views is an added bonus (loved being able to pick up food from downtown and eat while watching the sunset over the mountains). Would stay here again 100% and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great HUB for their trip to Asheville.

Exceptionally clean, spacious with well equipped kitchen for our family Holiday gathering. Close to town and grocery shopping. Deck was a treat with daily sunsets given the warm weather.
