From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running! Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen’s drug store. This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions. The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 50 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils. Why rent a cramped hotel room when you can rent your own personal condominium? This home is very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. It’s located a short drive away from Disney (approximately 7miles away). Very happy with the accommodations. I highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

This place was great the unit was clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer the pool and hot tub was great. They had everything in there we needed did not have to bring anything they even had beach towels. It is very big unit and I would stay here again thanks

By and large the unit was very clean. Because the grounds keeping staff don't keep the walkways between the units clean, it's extremely easy to track in debris. The A/C's filter was extremely dirty but there were new ones available to replace it with. The sliding door to the screened in porch doesn't positively lock. When more supplies were requested the person taking care of us was very responsive.

Unit as pictured and described. Very nice and clean. Pool was excellent. Champions Gate area is top notch. 15 mins to the parks if traffic allows. Would recommend.

My husband and I had a short visit to golf a few days and visit Disney. This accommodation was perfect. Very clean with everything we needed. Communication with the owner Mark couldn’t have been better. He was quick to answer any questions.

Very clean condo. Check-in was easy. Appliances worked fine. Equipped with plates, glasses, etc. Looks recently renovated. Great location: Restaurants, Ale House, pharmacy, grocery, all very close. Not too far from Disney but take the back roads. I-4 traffic is bad.
Swimming pool is impressive. Big pool with nicely kept grounds. Plenty of seating. They allow floats. Disappointed that the pool bar is closed "temporarily."
Things to be aware of: The property is located in a complex of multiple four-story buildings. Not very scenic.
Right outside the lanai (not pictured in ad) are four large a/c units.
The floorplan of the MBR is a little unusual. It has a large walk-in closet. Just one sink but the counter space is large enough for two people. The bathroom has 2 doors: one opens to the MBR and one to the living area. The bath has a full tub. You have to step over the tub to shower which could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. Towels were just ok.
The guest room is private and spacious with a nice bathroom. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable.
The wifi was excellent but cell phone reception was poor. We frequently had to walk outside to get a signal. It also would've been helpful to have a night light for the living area.
Communication with the owners was excellent. Be advised there is a "no shoes" policy which wasn't a problem. Check-in was smooth.
Condo is a little small but fine for 2-4 people. I would stay here again.

We liked that it was on the first floor. We liked that it was in a gated community and a security guard was present at night. The pool was awesome! Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much!
The only downside was traffic while traveling to Univeral. It could be due to construction going on.

Getting in and out through the gate is a hassle..and if it rains..the entrance floods for days 6 inches and they don't do anything.
Owners instructions are very harsh..they want to charge you for everything..even if you sneeze...and if there evidence..they want to charge you it seems like that.
They said gate access cards are provided..but they are not..and it's a struggle getting in and out of community..
They say pool towels are provided at the pool but when you go to the pool they treat you like you don't belong since it's airbnb or vrbo and will not give you towels.
No cell phone signal in the room..so you have to leave the condo to make a call.
TV service quality is horrible..shit

Good but one thing to mention
All was good overall, but I would mention in the future that your keycard to get in the gate will be deactivated at midnight the day of check out. Just a note to tell the next occupant to state that the 17th is their checkout date. Otherwise everything was great.
