Tranquility and easy communication with the host.

House and swimmimg pool need an update to get it first thorougly fixed and up to standard of cote d azur prices.

The location was away from it all. And yet near enough for Saint Paul de Vence and other local places to visit. The property itself is uniquely fascinating in its architecture and internal artwork. Air conditioning in all rooms, good internet and entertainment facilities as well as all the cooking (internally and externally) facilities required. The pool, parking and the large outside space were all welcome.

Cotton sheets with a high thread count would have been nice.
