Urban Cafe, Alforno Italian restaurant , Subway and Red Rooster just a very short walk away. The Cottage has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to give a cosy, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Lovely furniture and modern conveniences with reverse cycle A/C to lounge and bedroom 2 all to make your stay very comfortable. Renovated, clean , modern bathroom with shower / bath combination and toilet, there is also a 2nd toilet off the rear Laundry Area. Perfect for your family with fenced rear yard, outdoor deck and BBQ for relaxing on those balmy summer evenings or enjoy a lazy breakfast on the front deck. Secure parking for your cars and/ or boat with remote roller door. Linen included - add to the relaxation of your break Calm Seas Cottage offers all Linen and Bath towels inclusive in the price of your stay... who wants to wash sheets on their return home ? Just B.Y.O a beach towel for your dip in Geographe Bay. Please Note - We only accept * week long (+) bookings from 18th Dec 2023 - 26th Jan 2024 Also * 3 night minimum for Long weekends We Welcome Kids ! Family holidays are important and to make yours even better we have included: Travel cot ( with linen if needed ) Stroller Pram Highchair D.V.D player with some "G" D.V.D's included. A box of clean toys. Secure backyard for games. Extra T.V in bedroom for some "Chill out" time Plastic cups & plates etc for Little Kids dining requirements

Very nice and well presented property. We would stay there again. Good value for money given its nearness to the centre of town. Key improvements would be a pod coffee machine, a way to keep the couches together in the lounge (they kept moving apart) and a better floor mat in the kitchen. One that stays in place and is not a sliding trip hazard.

71 Gale Street Busselton is very conveniently located. It is so close to the beach and amenities.
The cottage is extremely clean and everything that you need is there. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in. If I return to Busselton I will be booking this beautiful cottage again.

The cottage was just as described in the ad. Lovely and clean with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and doonas and bedding were first class. Thank you, Liz for a wonderful, enjoyable stay in your cottage.

The cottage has everything and more. The location is very central and a short walking distance to restaurants, the town centre, pubs, movie theatre and of course the famous Busselton Jetty. I would stay here again as we both really enjoyed the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of the cottage.

Just next to great dining options, Lemongrass Thai and Urban Coffee, recommend a visit to both.

Staying at Calm Seas gives the feeling of a home from home. The house was spotless, beds comfortable. It was a small stroll down to the foreshore to relax on the beach or the grassed area under the shade of the trees. Coles shopping centre is one block away. Busselton town centre is a short walk no need to go in your car. Great central place as your base to visit Margaret River, Yallinup, etc . Lots of eateries to choose from. The Urban Coffee shop just around the corner is well worth a visit. Would definitely stay again.

Liz is amazingly attentive host and communication was wonderful. All that you could need for your stay is in her beautiful cottage. It’s clean, shower is brilliant, bed comfortable, just perfectly appointed, and with the towels and linen provided and cleaned by Liz is an added bonus. Then on top of these points, it’s location to everything in Busselton town and also the serene Geograph Bay beach in front down the road, is just simply perfect.

This property has all the little extras which made the stay very enjoyable. Great beds and linen. Coffee shop next door to get your morning fix. Just a stroll or quick bike ride to the beach. Recently renovated with a great back and front deck to sit and relax. Smart TV, proper wine glasses (not that I used them but had all of the bits and pieces for kids too).

A lovely little place that was immaculate and so well presented. We truly had a wonderful stay as our first little getaway as a new family. Such a great location and communication was brilliant. Would definitely stay again one day.

Everything you need is in this perfect little cottage house. Plenty of room for a family with 2-4 kids. I love the front porch & the back deck for relaxing with a cup of tea. Location is perfect for riding or walking into town, to the beach/jetty. We had a great holiday.

Wow, we really enjoyed our stay in the Calm Seas Cottage in Busselton! The photos online really do not do this place justice - when we walked in everything was sparkling clean and we just felt so at home. The house is decorated beautifully and we all just wanted to move in for good! This place is very practical for kids - we were so pleased to find toys, DVDs, colouring pencils, board games and the stroller and high chair were also a bonus. The beds were super comfortable and the kids loved watching tv from the top bunk in their room! 😊
