Everything was super!!!! Comfortable!!!! Enough!!! In place!!!!! Very nice design and absolutle fit to living with pleasure!!! Of course location the best also!!!!
Even no idea!!!! May be only shoehorn, but this is like oyster knife, wich one by the way we leave for a present!

Bright, Charming and Modern Apartment
The apartment is beautiful and bright, even nicer than the photos. Everything new, spotless and well equipped. A very cosy space for a winter break. Parking very easy at that time of year.

Comfortable but expensive
Comfortable, well equipped appartment, beautiful view over the town (not a sea view - but the description is quite clear about that - so no disappointment), very close to the sea, a splendid (even if quite long) seaside walk from the city centre. The flat was warm and it was possible to regulate the heating. Everything was clean and in working order.
€ 352,05 for 2 persons and 2 nights would suffice for a stay at a good hotel with breakfast, a reception, and perhaps something extra to welcome guests staying for the New Year's eve. The flat was fully functional but nothing beyond that: starting with just two coffee capsules, via no shampoo/ conditioner for the guests, to no special extras as is otherwise quite common (such as: sweets, fresh bread, coffee to last for 2 days, jam/ cheese, wine etc.). I selected this appartment for our stay because I assumed it would be something extra for the holiday, a "wow" experience.

Fantastic
Very good location, convenient. Very good reception at the arrival and departure, too. The building is situated just in front of the beach, beautiful. Very good communication with the owner. We had really good time. Thank you.
The supply was little ex. toilette paper. No paper towel. The cutting knife was broken.

A Lovely Stay
First impressions is that Valerie the owner is a very friendly and warm person, she contacted me shortly after I made the booking and maintained contact to ensure a smooth process when it came to check in. The studio is perfect for 2 people, could perhaps be a little tight for 4 adults but 2 adults 2 kids would be fine. All the amenities are there, hob, cutlery, fridge, cooking utensils and a washing machine if needed. I know that this is important for some, the WiFi is very good, fast and reliable. Our stay was during mid December when St. Malo wasn't experiencing favourable weather, the property was well heated / insulated. I was offered plenty of parking options, a space just outside the property, a space in a little square which is a stones throw from the property or gated private parking in a neighbouring building which is at most a 2 min slow walk away. There is a beach right on the property (not that we used it mid December) but its there if you wish. The property doesn't have a view of the beach but does offer great views inland over parts of St Malo. The property is super easy to find, it's roughly 10ins drive away from the walled city and it 15 mins away from the ferry terminal. I would have no hesitations in staying here again.

great location and easy access to the beach. Kitchen is small but fully equipped and the space is great for 2 and a bit tight for a family of 4 (But for a couple days it is perfect).

Great stay in the apartment!
Fully functional apartment. Kept the whole family cosy. Neat and clean upon arrival. Location is right in front of the beach. Access to parking a stone's throw away.
