Elkcation is me and friends coming over to the coast to go elk hunting. Since the weather can be unpredictable and wet, we have decided to rent a vacation home instead of camping in the potentially wet environment. The house was perfect for our groups of 6 guys. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, large living/dining room areas to sprawl. The ocean views were amazing from the second story deck and large bay windows. Would definitely stay again.

The four of us enjoyed our stay. It was way too much house for us but we chose it for the walkable neighborhood and the views. The house is well appointed and a lot more comfortable in person compared to the on line pictures. We have stayed at many properties here at Lincoln city and I would say the mattresses foam padding provided the best sleep we have had in the last 17 years of rental properties. No big divots to swallow you up😂 😄. If you have a large family or friend group this would be a great option. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond to inquiries.

Year #36 for family and friends saying goodbye to summer together at the beach. Easy and close access to the beach is wonderful! Our almost 2 year old granddaughter was mesmerized by the big waves crashing wildly and could watch them from the windows. We really enjoy being to sit all of us around the dining table and feast together.

We loved the view of the ocean from the living area and deck, along with the close/easy access to the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed and the hot tub worked wonderfully. Lots of room for our family weekend. The house didn't really lack any items we needed. The appliances in the kitchen were really nice!

The house is nice and we had plenty of room for 8 people. The location is great. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex. And be prepared to do more work at checkout than you may have done at another house. Otherwise a really nice stay!

Our large group enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable too. Great access to the beach- it was easy to haul all of our things down and back. The owner was quick to respond and resolve an issue with the Wi-Fi. One downside was many windows missing screens. We’d definitely stay again!

There was 16 of us who stayed (multi family) with all ages and one dog. We felt like there was plenty of room and liked the layout. Very close to the beach and central to many things in Lincoln City. Only complaint were the windows facing the ocean weren’t cleaned on the outside. In the mornings, you couldn’t see through them due to the moisture. We cleaned them and that fixed the issue! Property manager was really easy to talk to as well. Would stay here again!

Proximity to the beach was the best part of the property. We enjoyed the roominess of the property. Very well stock. Only negatives was the front windows were so dirty. We ended up cleaning them ( what a difference). Only 3 spa towels. Not very many throw blankets in living area. But those were minor. We all slept great and enjoyed the front deck. This was our first large (multiple) family vacation and first time renting a house out! We loved that the house had plenty of room for us all, and the experience was easygoing even not having a clue what to do for the process. The view is absolutely beautiful. With having 4 kids under the age of 7 we appreciated the short walk to the beach!

The location was great, close access to the beach, too. Lots of room for a group of adults, kitchen had all the gadgets. The garage had two extra fridges, too. The only bad part was we couldn’t get the lock off of the hot tub, so we couldn’t use it, and we were pretty disappointed. Overall a great stay.

Everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked. There were probably too many kitchen gadgets as there wasn’t a free cabinet to put our groceries in. Beds were very comfortable. View was great! We were at the house during a very stormy and snowy week so we spent most of our time at the house. It was plenty big for our family of 5. A ping pong table or some other sort of game would have been a nice addition to the garage but overall we would stay there again!

This property was perfect for what I was looking for. Great view of the ocean even though it was across the street, but the house was high enough to see over the other houses. The beds were incredibly comfortable, enough bedrooms for all my children and a couple of their spouses, and a large kitchen and great room area where we could all enjoy time together talking and playing games. Other than the hot tub having a major malfunction rendering it unusable for us, the owner tried to get it fixed as quick as possible, but alas, no miracle could happen in such a short time that we could enjoy it. This one hiccup was not enough to ruin our trip though. We had a great time and the house perfect for our needs.

This house was great for our group! Plenty of beds, there were 12 of us, lots of space to spread out but also places to hang out together with lots of seating space. We'll stocked kitchen, lots of towels, blankets etc. No complaints at all. The location was great for beach walking, shopping at the outlet mall, and going to the casino. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing space for a large group and we would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this house last year (2021) for a mini quilt retreat. Enjoyed it so much that we rented again this year, and all set up to do it again in 2023. The house is perfect for our little group, and Tyler & Amanda are great hosts!!

This house was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone, lots of large gathering spaces, close walk to the beach, close walk to restaurant and the casino. The home was warm, welcoming, and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. Beautiful views of the ocean from the front deck, and a soothing hot tub out back for soaking away the cool evenings. I would recommend this home again and again!

Our family loved our stay in this beautiful big home at the beach! There was plenty of room to spread out and create our own space but we always gathered in the area with the big table, the great kitchen, and the incredible view of the ocean. We brought a lot of "just in case we need it" supplies. The kitchen and the rest of the home was so well stocked, however, that we only needed to get out our waffle iron and our food supplies. Everything worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions.
We'll be back, and next time, we're bringing more family members and staying longer! Thank you for wonderful memories!

Love our stay place was clean, and pretty much had everything you need to feel at home and relax. Place was very spacious for a family of 15. Definitely a place to come back too! We all absolutely loved it!

The house was awesome and super straight forward check in process ! there is tons of space all the rooms are beautifully kept and there was enough space for everyone to have there own room and it’s conveniently located right by the beach access and casino grounds ! We seen on the news that there might of been power outages due to the fires and I reached out to Amanda and she quickly responded with a plan if anything were to happen she was very responsive with my multiple questions as well ! We will definitely be planning a trip back !

Clean spacious property with a large open upstairs kitchen, dining and living room. Deck off 2nd floor is great as children can be on it safety with no worry of falling off. Overall this was a great residence that I would stay at again.
