This custom built three bedroom, two and a half bath home just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico gives you both. The cozy interior includes an open floor plan with cedar accent walls in the great room and a kitchen with rustic touches that bring lakefront living to mind but the view will never let you forget your at the beach! Don't worry about getting all your supplies up the stairs, this house is equipped with a lift to make unloading a breeze! On the main floor the den/ great room area is tastefully decorated, has comfortable seating, a large television, lovely tile floors, and direct access to the large covered deck. The only thing that will divert your eyes from the adorable living space is the view of the gulf from every window! The kitchen features gorgeous oak cabinets, granite counter tops, a copper apron sink and a stone island with hand cut cedar bar. You won't miss a beat in this kitchen with a view! It is fully equipped with major appliances, dishes, dish towels, silverware, and cookware. Just steps away from the kitchen, there is a half bath and a laundry area with full size stackable washer and dryer set. You will find your weekend getaway gets even better in the master suite. This room also offers a view of the Gulf! It has a king size bed, television, and a full closet with plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has granite counters, tile floors, copper sink and a large walk-in shower. The tile and stone surrounds, along with copper fixtures, provide you with a relaxing upscale experience. Upstairs, there is another small den or kids area with a television. The sleeping areas are decorated with vibrant colors and coastal accents that will fill your nights with beach dreams. Upstairs sleeping accommodations include three queen beds, one twin, and a futon. This floor boasts fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front window or the intercostal waterway from the back room. There is also a full bath with a walk in shower and plenty of closet/storage space for your extra guests! The downstairs area offers peekaboo beach views plus an outdoor shower, fenced area for children, a picnic area, and covered parking. Additional perks include but aren't limited to local festivals, seasonal firework displays, poker runs, and bird watching. On a clear night you can see Galveston skyline and the ships in the distance. The beach is just a short walk, but once you're here...you'll likely spend your time on the palapa covered deck watching and listening to the waves roll in! This house was beautiful, both inside & out and in a grwat neighborhood! It accommodated all of our needs with a great beachview & a one minute drive to the beach! Grwat fun and new great memories!!

The house was very comfortable and well stocked with needed supplies. It's a beautiful, modern home, and a very short distance to the beach. We especially liked the luggage lift that made it easy to get our heavy suitcases up to the house. Our two adult sons (in their twenty's) stayed in the upstairs "man cave" and were happy to have privacy, plenty of room and comfortable beds. I'm sure there would be plenty of room for several younger kids up there. We had a fabulous family vacation and the lovely home where we stayed was a big part of the good time!

It appears this house has had some recent updates which make you feel like you are stepping into a new home. Very nice accommodations and it was awesome to have the lift to assist with groceries and luggage. We've stayed in several places at Crystal Beach and this is by far one of the best one's yet. Looking forward to our return next year!

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. It’s a beautiful property with great views and a perfect location to everything you need on Bolivar. Carinn was very easy to communicate with when needed. The group has decided we would love to come back to this house for an annual trip!

The place was clean and very well appointed. Decor was perfect. We were so appreciative when the power went out and their generator kicked on! The lift was also very helpful. We will be reserving this house in the future! It was wonderful. Thanks so much!

This has been my favorite house in all of the years renting on Bolivar Peninsula! It felt like home in so many ways! There was sooo much room for everyone to have their own space but still get to enjoy each other’s company! From all of the cutest decorations to no white “hotel” towels and sofas on the balcony! Very comfortable home and we all enjoyed our stay. The process was painless from booking, to paying, to receiving our house information in a timely manner. If I had to have 1 complaint, it would be that it isn’t ON the beach. The walk wasn’t bad at all and I still rate it a 5 star!

The location was just a short walk to the beach and had a lovely view! The house had pretty much everything you could need from kitchen appliances down to shampoo and conditioner that most people don’t provide. The cargo lift was broken so that was a huge bummer. Also there is not 3 bedrooms. There are 2 and one “room” is just the upstairs open loft that is also open to the kids area which was not ideal for an infant to sleep as we planned. There were other maintenance things needed such as mold on the kitchen ceiling and the deck outside gave a few people splinters. The property manager and owner are both quick to respond and easy to work with. Our family still had a great vacation overall!!

Everything went well! There were 1 problem - the gas grill hose was broken and we could not grill, that was it. Everything was great. Love the lotchen with living room where we all can see each other. The patio was a big plus cuz of the size and also outdoor couches that was comfty to sit on

Our stay was great. The house is very well maintained, clean, comfy, has all the comforts.of home and is literally just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice large deck to enjoy the evening ocean breeze. The outdoor shower was very refreshing after a long day on the beach, plus kept the sand from getting in the house. Nice corner lot gives you a very nice view of the Gulf and surrounding neighbors. The house is located in a nice quiet subdivision. The lift to assist with luggage and groceries was truly a treat to use.. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together there and will be back.

house was just great! had all the ammenities one could ever need and then some. loved the deck with the tiki hut look. plenty of room and beds. we cooked every night on the grill downstairs (might want to check the propane,lol).would recommend this home to anyone.

We loved everything out the stay, the saddest part was the “leaving”. The balcony was our favorite part, sitting up there in the evenings with the perfect view of the ocean was so relaxing. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend and will stay again hopefully!

Stayed there with a family of eight. Great location. 2 min from beach. Great view of beach (partial but good enough). Beautiful house inside. Had everything we needed. Third room does not have a door > more like a den... Overall excellent stay

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house is located close to the beach and we loved that. The patio was definitely our favorite spot to hang out when we weren’t on the beach. We will be back next year for sure!
