Superb
Very good house, with big kitchen and good spaces. Very well equipped and 5 min walking to the gondola
The staff could speak English, it's hard to communicate when they only speak French.

We really enjoyed staying there.
This is a nice and cosy chalet with three bedrooms for three couples and two kids (or adults); besides, there are also two sofas in the sitting room. There are all conditions to cook and set a table, with plenty different dishes and facilities. A separate room with a washing machine and a drier can be used for keeping ski stuff. You can see your parked car through the windows.
Maybe a bit too high price though it is quite average in the area.

Excellent location. Very spacious, comfortable apartment.
The apartment is very spacious with everything you would need really. 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 8 comfortably. 1 en-suite bedroom and bathroom & separate toilet for the other 2 room occupants to share. It is across the road from a supermarket, a 5 minute walk to the Super Morzine Gondola, the bus stop to the Pleney Gondola, ski rental shops and about 7/8 mins to the town centre so location wise it’s excellent. Also, we had availed of a discounted ski pass rate & Claudine had picked the ski passes up from the tourist office & left them in the apartment for us which was great.
More of a FYI as opposed to dislike - We arrived quite late owing to a missing luggage issue at the airport so it was dark when we were dropped off at the apartment and Claudine had rung to let us know that she had left the door open & light on. So when we arrived, having been dropped at the front of the chalet (of which the apartment is a part of), as there was a light on I tried to open the only door that I could see but it was locked. I ended up waking the man who lived in that part of the chalet (a very very nice man) who advised that the apartment door was actually around the back of the chalet. So as you look at the front of the chalet it’s to the left, around the side & down 2 steps. Once in & settled we went to bed as we were hoping to be up & out early the following day but we couldn’t get to sleep at all that night owing to a clanking sound that seemed to be coming from the heating system. I contacted Claudine the following day and in fairness she got the issue sorted as soon as possible & for the remainder of the week there was no issue. There was a little noise from the people upstairs but no more than if you were staying in a hotel and it really only impacted us on our last day when we weren’t going skiing & were sleeping in. The kitchen has what I think is a granite work top so you do need to be careful especially when putting glass down. I put a wine glass down (not roughly) and the stem broke off. The only other issue I had was a communication issue as I don’t speak French & Claudine, while her English is definitely better than my French, struggled a bit with English so I would use Google Translate to send her the messages both in English & French. On that - If English speaking only bring a USB or some device to play movies / programmes as there doesn’t seem to be English speaking channels available on the TV.

Exceptional
Just back from a super week at Morzine. The apartment is lovely just like the pictures, has everything you could need. After a long journey we were so happy to arrive at such a lovely place. A perfect size for 2 families with teenagers. The beds were very comfortable, good showers. The lounge kitchen diner is good size, the kitchen has everything you could need. Supermarket super close. Claudine was easy to contact via email super helpful, arranged ski passes - we kept her informed of our arrival time as the traffic was quite slow. Bringing bedding and towels was no problem, kind of expected as have previously rented in the area. The super Morzine lift is an easy stroll in the morning. Nothing really to fault it - can we come again please? Thank you Claudine!
Footsteps above a couple of times. But after a days skiing it did not disturb us very much. As others said no boot room/drier, but we used the washing machine room and made sure the gloves etc were on radiators each night.

Fabulous
Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Good size apartment.
No ski boot drying equipment or anywhere to hang wet clothes to dry. There is a tumble dryer which is ok for normal clothes but not ski clothes and jackets. There is an extra charge of €12 per person for towels and bed sheets
